My main drain was clogged. I had an independent plumber come to my house who worked with an electric auger for an 1 1/2 hours and couldn't unclog the drain. I called Roto Rooter, which had a far more powerful auger than the previous plumber had, and it was unclogged in less than 15 minutes and at a reasonable price. Plus the price includes a camera inspection of the line to pinpoint the problem. My Roto Rooter technician, Mario (#2967) was super nice and efficient. I would call Roto Rooter again for future needs.

I called at 8:30 pm on Friday of Memorial Day weekend because after being out 2 hours, we arrived home to a flooded bathroom. The shut off knob behind the toilet would not shut completely and our main water line would not shut either! The Plumber they sent came in about an hour and had the water finally off in minutes. We are very grateful and will definitely be calling them to replace these valves.

Oscar went above and beyond to take care of us today! Not only did he do a great job installing our new toilet, he also went to .Home Depot with me to help pick one out and carry it for me. Those things are heavy and I never could have managed it on my own! Over all, Oscar is the best and I will for sure be calling him again if we need any plumbing work done.

I had an excellent experience. My issues were a leaky toilet and leaky outdoor faucets. I was quoted a lot more by other companies that wanted 2 weeks to come out because it was a small job. I called Roto-Rooter, they were at my house in 45 minutes and fixed the issues for about $200 less than the others. Very satisfied!

Yesterday, Friday, a local mechanical company did a checkup on our HVAC and plumbing to verify that all was working well. It was. However, the AC tech blew out the drain line causing an explosion of dirty water and matter to eject all over our master bath totally jamming up the two drains so that not even a drop would leave either sink. The plumber and HVAC guys both came back but could not fix the problem because they said they lacked the time and equipment. We were told someone would come on Monday, when both of our sinks were inoperable. We called Roto-Rooter, and we had Alex at our front door within an hour. This was a problematic fix because matter was locked in both drains and there was not an easy route to fix it. Alex stayed with it, got it running perfectly and left within an hour. It really pays to get a pro when one has drain issues. Thank you, Alex!!

I need to give a shout out to LENNY RIVIERA. He came to our house after the outside faucet got ripped out and the copper pipe twisted. I usually don't like having repair individuals in my house because I never know if I'm being ripped off or if the repair individual is doing a thorough job, but with Lenny R that was not the case! He is absolutely great. He was knowledgeable, professional, efficient, clean and very friendly. He made us feel confident about what had happened, how he was going to fix it, the time line and cost. You guys have a fantastic employee with him.

As far as Roto Rooter in general, I'm satisfied with my experience. They were fast to answer the phone, friendly and reasonably priced. We had water coming out of the pipe and we had called another company first who said we weren't a priority and they could get us in two days later, with Roto Rooter we were flagged as urgent and they definitely seemed to act with a sense of urgency about our situation which I really appreciated.
