Needed someone to come to my home immediately on a Friday for a busted pipe in the master bathroom. Called and made the appointment before noon; however, they couldn't get to me u til 4pm. By this time I had major water damage, but the representative was very professional and respectful.

This is our second time this year we have used Roto-Rooter service! Class act both times. First of all , we called this morning with a terrible plumbing issue. The technician arrived when they told us he would TODAY! Same day we called in the issue! The tech was thorough and spent 2 and half hours working to repair our issues. I would give Shane Boyles 10 stars if I could! Thank you so much for caring about the quality of your work And for addressing it with such persistence! I can't say enough good things about this man and his service! what courtesy he showed in so many ways! Thank you Roto- Rooter!

I wish I could give 0 stars. Terrible service. Our main drain was clogged so they took out our toilet to find our main drain (and charged us extra to do so). They then dug a hole in our front yard (did not fill it back in) and """"fixed"""" our issue. Told us we had a 6 month warranty. 1 month later, we started having the same problem so they came back and """"fixed"""" it again. 2 weeks later, same issue PLUS the toilet they resealed leaked all into our bathroom floor. We requested a supervisor who came out and told us that their """"6 month warranty"""" is really only a one time freebie and we would have to pay for anything else they do. We are much worse off after they came than we were in the first place! This establishment is an embarrassment and their service is laughable. RUN AWAY!!

Terrible customer service & terrible work!! I paid $250 a PREMIUM RATE for them to replace a WAX RING on my toilet. When Tim arrived he was rude, and damaged my toilet in the process of replacing the wax ring because he was in such a hurry. My toilet wouldn't stop running after he touched it, so I asked him to repair it, and he told me to call and speak to a supervisor. I called and spoke to Robert the same day who promised to have someone come out first thing the next morning and fix it, but that didn't happen. After numerous promises to come back out and fix it no one called or came out. I was forced to call another plumbing company who came out and fixed my issue that Roto Rooter caused. I tried reaching out to Paul Smith the owner of Roto Rooter to make things right and he didn't care either. DO NOT USE ROTO ROOTER IN HUNTSVILLE, AL!!!! THEY WILL DAMAGE YOUR PROPERTY AND THEY DON'T TAKE CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS!!! I WOULD GIVE THEM A ZERO STAR RATING IF I COULD!!!

Will NEVER call them, again! Did more damage than fixed! Said, I can't fix this, (after he did damage). someone will call you on Monday. Didn't call me. I called and asked for a manager, left a voicemail for him. He DID NOT CALL me, either. Don't waste your time with these people.

They were very professional and arrived when they said they would: excellent communication! The tech did an excellent job! He was also courteous and polite throughout the whole process. No complaints.

We've used Roto-Rooter several times, and each time has been a fantastic experience. This particular service call was a simple garbage disposal removal and all went perfectly. Tracy is friendly and very knowledgeable about all plumbing situations. He even found a solution to a mystery situation we experienced.

II didn't call them right away they end up being the fourth company I called for a water leak in my yard. Next time I will call them first for any plumbing repair excellent service immediate finding of my water leak in the yard. Repairs were quick after discovering the leak and spending hours pumping water out once he found the root cause he repaired immediately and he explained everything along the way. Also told us about submitting our receipt to the water company to get a refund toward our water bill over the last three months totaling over $1000! Thank you Rotor Rooter The Ferrell's

WASTE OF TIME! Asked for a cost estimate, and was told to make an appointment. After staying home from 8am to 12pm, the tech never showed. An hour later the tech calls and gives me an exorbitant price over the phone, sight unseen. POOR service from technician.

My house was built in the 60s and has had who knows how many """"customizations"""" over the years, so getting things cleared up can be an ordeal. I've had good service from these guys twice - once when my laundry drain clogged a year or so ago, and then again recently when my kitchen and whole house lines clogged. The best thing, for me, is the fact that they have on-call evening hours. I work all the time, and can't just take time off for appointments, so being able to call at 6:30-7 pm to get someone out to the house is very helpful. The drain-clearing apparently requires two people, and there's only one officially on-call, but both times I've had to call them, they've contacted a co-worker and gotten someone else out to help.
