I was very happy that they were able to come out the same day to unclog our tub drain after our attempt to do so failed. Even though they do not have a service call fee their pricing was higher than other quotes we received. We were able to apply a 40.00 coupon from the website that did bring the price down to slightly higher than the other quotes. The work they did has a 6 month guarantee which is nice, hopefully we will not have to use it but if we do I hope there are no further costs associated with the work. The tech was professional and very nice to work with.

The scheduling service was quick. The tech was on time and called about 30 minutes before he arrived, which gave me plenty of time to get home to meet him. The tech was very professional and courteous and fixed my problem within about 2 hours.

Our guy was great, real nice, talked to me, friendly and awesome. Was in and out. However the scheduler quoted us between 8 and noon. He got there at 120. Not his fault he did not schedule us. The person who scheduled us shouldn't have quotes us that time if it was not going to happen. Again the guy was great but the people setting the appointments were not good. I had to work and I had to just sit around all morning and afternoon waiting

Not as expensive as other local plumbers we have used and they didn't charge us an additional weekend rate like many plumbers do. Drain seems to be working fine and the tech was polite and came on time. I would call them again.

Today, I had a competitor fail and telling me he couldn't snake the drain and I would have to cut a hole in the wall and install a clean out then he could come back and jet the line (close to $800). they left after I paid them for their time ($162.90) and called Roto Rooter for a second opinion. Derrick (#4394) did a quick estimate and said he would have no problem. Within a half hour the line was clear and he cleaned up everything, even the smudges that the other guy from the other company left behind. Derrick just gained you another customer by being great at what he does.

Scheduling was good, service at house was good..... Ended up costing more than the estimate but things get uncovered as they do with houses and Brad was quick to deal with it and get the job done.
