Service was great and the work was well done. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was that the worker came an hour after our time window. Was supposed to show up between 9 to 1 but came at 2:00

Bart was great. was on time and very professional. Before calling I rented a snake and didn't think I fixed it, but I did clear the main line but the floor drain still backed up. Bart could have charged full price for drain cleaning but since he believed I had already fixed the problem he only charged me a service call fee. Now that is impressive even thou I am out little money I didn't need to spend. He was nice enough to reduce the charges.

I am impressed at the ease of scheduling provided via the Roto-Rooter Website. The service provider was prompt and efficient getting my garbage disposal fixed and the leaking stopped efficiently. I will definitely ""remember the name, Roto-Rooter, and watch my troubles go down the drain!"" Catchy jingle from back in the day. Roti-Rooter has been around for decades and they continue to provide excellent customer service. Call or Schedule online!

Customer service with Roto over the phone was a little rough. The person on the phone when I called in was less than enthused. The gentleman who came to do the repairs though was great. Quick to get everything wrapped up and working again.

We spent over $600 getting 3 drains snaked out. The service technician said that a free video of our main sewer line was included with this. To simply call and have them come out and complete this. I have called FOUR times now. I'm told someone will call me back within the hour and I never hear back. Finally, I have called the General Manager at this Ralston location and left a voicemail. We will see if I get a call back or not. This is extremely frustrating and a waste of my time. Why say this is offered and never complete it. I think they are waiting for me to drop it and not continue to follow up on the video of the line.

I've used Roto Rooter for years. They had to cancel yesterday due to many out sick with the upper respiratory illness going around but it wasn't an emergency. This evening Pat showed up when scheduled. Super nice guy. I received a 50% Off due the scheduling issues. So all in all still a good job well done! Oh & a 1 year warranty. Excellent. It would have been 5 stars but I did lose a beautiful day due to the scheduling.
