Had someone back into my well pump and had water gushing everywhere. I called and got a response immediately and was told a service technician would call me shortly. I received a call in about 5 minutes and they arrive about 30 minutes later. After looking at my problem the service technician advised me of all my options and suggested several different plans. Once I decided which option I wanted he had repaired my well and pump in record time. I was greatly impressed with the friendliness of the technical and also the knowledge and service that was provided to me. I would highly recommend this Roto-Rooter with Bill and his guys. I will be using them for any of my future plumbing problems. I want to give a big thanks to Bobby for the speedy work.

I was having a major leak, that actually turned out to be a clog. We were having issues flushing toilets and washing clothes. The clog we had was causing a leak in the crawlspace. I called Roto-Rooter and they were out the same day in the afternoon. The nice gentleman spent a few hours and several pieces of equipment diagnosing and fixing my problem. He was able to repair it and even gave us a warranty on the work. We now, thankfully, had water and plumbing working great through the holidays. The fee was actually a bit less than I expected which helped out around Christmas time, but the the customer service was above and beyond. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter, give them a call if you have any plumbing issues!

The problem I had was a plugged laundry drain. I called around 11 o'clock they said they would have someone out between one and three. He showed up around 4:50 and it took approximately 21 minutes from coming in the door to walking out the door. The guy doing the work was great and was quick to fix the issue, however and this is a big however, $225 for 21 minutes worth of work I think is a bit excessive to snake a line. If my time was as important as theirs was I apparently I am owed $1750. Definitely not a company to call for the average working man. A fair price would have been $85 to $125. Hate my regular plumber was busy for the week.

They were fairly prompt, courteous, and quick. So why 1 start? because they were here for maybe 15 min total and charged $140. They said they charge drive time too. I'm sorry, no. That's not right. Most will charge the first hour and then charge more past that. It dealt with the shower and said that normally they charge 180-190 but will only charge 140. Well, ya, you didn't really do anything. They called me to followup and I told them I was disappointed it cost so much. Had it only been around 80-100, I wouldn't have complained. I have yet to hear back. That was about a week ago now. I will never call these people again. Severely overpriced for what they do.

One of the service men came to my home, took a look at my toilet and told me the issue & price. While trying to get all the info , he looked at his watch and said he had to leave. I found that to be really rude and unprofessional. Will not recommend this place to anyone!!

My problem: reoccurring sewer blockage thanks to roots from an intrusive crepe myrtle in my yard. I had earlier paid another contractor to fix the problem but four months later the problem blockage returned. Roto-Rooter guy explained that he'd have to do surgery to remove the invasive root in the sewer line. Price of the unblocking the sewer was included in replacing the blocked sewer line--nice job but rather high price. The Roto-Rooter plumber knew his stuff and the job was completed before time and quite professionally. He even gave helpful advice on how I could fix a dripping faucet.
