The problem I had was a plugged laundry drain. I called around 11 o'clock they said they would have someone out between one and three. He showed up around 4:50 and it took approximately 21 minutes from coming in the door to walking out the door. The guy doing the work was great and was quick to fix the issue, however and this is a big however, $225 for 21 minutes worth of work I think is a bit excessive to snake a line. If my time was as important as theirs was I apparently I am owed $1750. Definitely not a company to call for the average working man. A fair price would have been $85 to $125. Hate my regular plumber was busy for the week.

Had a fantastic experience with the company. First time using them and the tech was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. Straight forward and understanding. Thanks for the great experience!

The Water Restoration company was the worst! Had a water leak in my home and contacted them for mold treatment 9/12/17. While in the process of mold treatment, per them, another leak was found, I was out my home for 11 days because these folks apparently don't work weekends. The project manager nor anyone from the company called to give me status updates. Had to call 3 days in a row to get a bill (for insurance company) that was not itemized and cost me $2k. After all that, 4 months later I get a call stating I owed them more money but was under the impression that the insurance company would be billed. Not only did I pay for one leak for $280, I paid $2k for a slab leak and they left my house in shambles (torn paint from the walls and cabinets that should have been disposed left in my home). They also didn't refer me to anyone for repair service as I was told so I had to hire a contractor. They were expensive, slow, inefficient and the customer service was awful!! Will never do business with them again so if you want to throw away money, this is the company you want to call!!

Holy crap. This company somehow managed to charge my widowed mother 700 dollars for a simple garbage disposal replacement. I'm in complete shock right now. The garbage disposal was not working and needed repaired or replaced. She called roto rooter and had them come over. She decided to buy a new unit instead of repairing. She was charged 330 dollars for a unit that Amazon or Lowe's charges 249 for. They also charged her 260 dollars to install it. There was no package deal or discount. My mother, not knowing any better, allowed them to do the job. On top of that, apparently she was charged an additional 110 dollars for some draino liquid and a ten minute toilet auger job. The tech was at her house for about an hour and a half. The credit card was charged 700 dollars. Wow. More expensive than a new york divorce attorney. I was obviously upset and in shock when I came over to her house today. I looked at her bill, and there was virtually no description. Just three written numbers and one saying 700 charged. How can you do this to someone? So, I called and talked to the manager Victor. He explained they mark up the units 80 dollars and do not price match. Are you kidding me? There is also no package deal if you have them installed a unit you buy from them. What a joke. I asked him how in the world was the total 700 and he said he would look into it and call me back the next day. Apparently it's easy to charge someone's credit card but it takes a day to get assistance with an insanely high bill for an hour and half job. He said their prices are the same as everyone else for disposal installation (not true). I proceeded to call around other plumbers. Not surprisingly, Charlotte Plumbing does a full disposal replacement for 170 and not 260. They also sell the same units (for way less) and offer a package deal for 349. I wish I would have called them myself instead of trusting roto rooter to not take advantage of my mother. Charlotte Plumbing also matches pricing on parts, because they know people can buy units from Lowe's or Amazon. I'm so upset about the whole process. If I could leave zero stars I would. How can you live with yourself as a business charging a mortgage payment for an hour and a half job along with a part that can be purchased for 249.99 online or in a store? It's so shady, right down to the non description receipt which I have also posted online. No business in 2017 should be able to get away with this. I suggest not using this company and call Charlotte Plumbing instead as they are MUCH cheaper and reasonable. If you don't care about your money, like paying premiums for products that you can purchase on your own and receiving a receipt with no number breakdown or description, then ya, use this plumbing company.

Mark and Tim cleaned out my very slow sink drains and unplugged an outdoor drain that was backing water up into my family room during rain storms. They explained what they were doing as they worked, were polite and efficient, and cleaned up the work areas when they were done. Thanks!

I had a busted pipe in attic, I called a plumber I had done business with before, they said it would be a least two days before they could come. I had water running dow my wall and under my flooring. I called rotorooter and they were here in about 30 mins. From now on I will use rotorooter and I tell everyone what a great job they did.

I called Roto-Rooter in the morning for a sump pump issue. They sent to representatives out to give me options. Since I had already decided to put in a new pump they gave me the cost, brought everything in and had it changed within the hour. Kyle and David were friendly, mannerly, professional and very neat. Thank you!!!

Clogged drain with the inevitable overflowing toilet. Kyle was here in less than hour. His perseverance e was remarkable. His cleanliness was fantastic. He put in, in essence close to ten hours to work this out. I could not be more impressed with him.

I was very pleased with the time it took to diagnose and then to fix the problem. I was pretty sure my drain was clogged but nothing I tried was helping. I called on a Sunday and they were there the next morning. My only complaint was the cost. They do charge more than the other service I called but I didn't want to wait two days.

Best experience. Victor answered all my questions and did a awesome job!!!
