The ONLY reason this is not a 5-star review is that I think value is a little out of whack. But for service, cleanliness, and communication as well as a quality job well done AND COMING ON SUNDAY FOR NO EXTRA CHARGE? Yeah, I'd use them again in a heartbeat for any clogged drain. Our tech Zack was professional, friendly, honest, and transparent about the pricing. He did the job and cleaned up better than it was when he started. I can't speak to any other plumbing but for this service it was solid. (Note: My appointment time was 10-12 and they called twice to let me know the tech would be late. The second time they gave me a 15% discount without my asking. I didn't mind the wait as I wasn't going anywhere and it wasn't an emergency so I was happy to have it. That was nice.)

Took a while before they came from when they said they would come. Technician was very helpful and personable. Even had to run to hardware store after something broke while he was removing a piece. Overall good service, a little expensive though.

Had a good experience with Gary (Tech #777). He was prompt, courteous, and cleaned up after himself. Price quoted seemed right, and he informed me ahead of time regarding permit cost if I decided to do a certain type of repair. He was knowledgeable and friendly. He also got the job done in less time than anticipated. Good experience!

I only wish I could give a 0.... Please never use this service! Last week we contacted Roto Rooter and scheduled service to connect our gas dryer. We were scheduled for them to arrive between 8-12 pm. They contacted us at 2 stating they were on their way, but did not show until 3:30.... And entire day wasted for a simple connection. When the plumber arrived he informed us that the price is 350 plus supplies.... Being landlords we are well aware that this is more than DOUBLE the cost of what it should be. Needless to say we had him leave. Roto Rooter will never get our business, and I guarantee I will warn others to stay away.

The heavy snow this year put my sump pump under extra pressure once the melting snow turned the ground area into small creeks, so the sump pump decided to quit. The result of this failed sump pump was water in my finished basement.

My call to Roto-Rooter has resulted in a new sump pump and in water removal from my basement. The plumber was friendly and professional. He arrived at the scheduled time, and the work was completed for the price that he quoted. While the price was a little higher than another serviceman who looked at the pump, I valued the professionalism and the view toward quality that the Roto-Rooter plumber demonstrated.

Similarly, the water removal was done with professionalism, and the workers always arrived when scheduled. I also was impressed with the attention to quality. There was a clear desire to ensure that the job was well done. The process was explained to me thoroughly so that I understood why Roro-Rooter needed to do each part of the clean up process.

I am pleased with their service and anticipate that I will be pleased with the results over the long run.

Very pricey but Roto Rooter did an outstanding job. We hired a local plumber first and he couldn't unclog our kitchen sink so we called Roto Rooter. They also had a difficult time and we thought the next step was to open the basement ceilings to get to pipes which would have been a disaster. Instead, the guy who came stayed extra late and kept trying. Eventually he got the job done! Thank goodness!! We will definitely hire Roto Rooter again. They were 1/2 hour late but called well in advance to let me know.

Although the fee is always more than I expect, I am grateful to have someone come to my house the same day to repair all plumbing needs. I am tired of trying to get local plumbers from my town to answer their voice mail or come within a two week period. Apparently the local plumbers do not need the work.
