We recently had Roto-Rooter come out to fix our main drain that was backing up in the basement. They called the same night and we scheduled for the next day. The office kept us well informed throughout the day with calls to let us know when our tech would show up. Once Matt showed up he was extremely nice and informed us about each step he was going to do. They charged the exact same amount that was quoted by phone...nothing extra no surprises. Matt snaked the drain and cleared the obstruction. Everything was finally back to normal in the house!! Matt was fantastic and we'll definitely use Roto-Rooter again should any new plumbing situations arise.

I needed to have a water heater replaced. I had already purchased the water heater. After calling 3 to 4 plumbers in the area, and getting no call backs, I decided to call Roto Rooter. I was worried they were going to be really expensive. THEY ARE NOT! When I called the Wampum, PA office, they were informative and extremely nice. They kept me informed with email and call backs. Matt from Erie, PA was helping them that week and came down from Erie and went beyond the call of duty for service to my situation. There were problems with the water heater I had gotten from a Big Box warehouse and Matt went there and helped me with the issues. I cannot say enough about the service this company provides. I need some other service in a few months and they are who I am calling. I am going to spread the word. It's like having a trusted family member help you in time of need. 1000 % satisfied. Prompt service on a Sunday. Pam was courteous on phone and returned call that Eric the tech was on his way. Eric was very professional and honest. He explained all options and cleared blockage in sewage line. It was not an easy task. Eric showed me the problem and final results on camera. My family thanks you.

We had a nasty problem with a clogged grinder pump pipe and the drainage outside was collapsed. Of course, this pipe went under the breezeway by my front steps. The worker was extraordinary in taking care not to interrupt our home life (even though he had to be running through and had my front porch torn up). The finished product works well and the appearance of my house is back to the way it was. Extremely happy with the service I got scheduling on the phone, also.

We had no flush capability. We had been overnight in a hotel. We wanted to be home! Amazingly, the girl on the phone scheduled us for just two hours out. Mike arrived and the situation was worse than we knew. With his underground camera, we could all see the blockage, and once approved by us (for the cost) he set to the task, removing the entire commode and doing his job. He was done fast. Wow! So nice. Not only was Mike ultra-professional, he was articulate and pleasant. Everything works great. If I ever need Roto-Rooter again, I would not hesitate to call. Same day service. Fast. Professional. As the old saying goes, ""You don't know what you've got 'til it's gone"" . . . like a flushing toilet!

$575 to replace a garbage disposal that they got at ace hardware for $80. 1 hour of labor. Will not be using them again.

We had an emergency on a Friday evening. The Technician arrived in about 30 minutes and repaired the problem. He made a quick diagnosis of the problem and how to repair it. We were very happy and pleased with the service.
