I was so thankful for the very quick response and service! James Low was able to solve my kitchen sink/garbage disposal problem in under 20 minutes after I had tried to fix it all day (do not do this). Thank you James!

Very satisfied with their services. James ?came out on an emergency call after our toilet and sink overflowed. He interacted with our son (4.5 yo) well and included him in the process. Adam and Chris came out the next morning to fix our damaged sewer pipe. They interacted ?well with our son as well. Going into this emergency, we thought that they were going to need to tear up our sidewalk, but only had to dig in the grass between sidewalk and curb. They made sure the pipe was fully cleaned out (problems with roots) before finishing.

Will definitely use them again in the future if/when needed.

If I could put no stars I would. My toilets were not flushing all the water down. I was charged 215.00$ per toilet(2) to restore flow. He used an auger which scraped the porcelain and did not restore flow. Too bad for me! I was now told the toilets were old(from 1984) and the only way to have toilets that flowed was to purchase 2 toilets for 625 plus 200 labor per hour per toilet! The only reason I tried them was because other plumbers I called were not answering my calls. I went to Lowes and for 733.00$ I am having TWO toilets installed. NEVER USE ROTOROOTER!

We had Roto-Rooter come to our home to fix a really gross plumbing problem in our basement. Mike Wagner and his assistant Cameron did a fantastic job clearing out our blocked septic system. They were professional, punctual, skilled, and great to work with. Mike explained the whole process to us as he worked, so we really had a good understanding of exactly what the problem was with our septic system. He also gave great advice on things we could improve on to keep things ""flowing"" smoothly. I will definitely contact Roto-Rooter for any problems we have in the future!

I will never utilize Roto Rooter for service again. Our sewer pipes backed up into our downstairs bathroom that is being remodeled, so inches deep of raw sewage and water. Cleaned up, called roto rooter and we agreed it was fine to send someone first thing in the morning as we didn't need to use any large amount of water. They didn't show up until 2pm. In the mean time we rented a snake and tried twice to open the line. The kid walks in, looks down the toilet pipe and says, ""yep, you need to jet flush this out. If you went down with a snake, I won't do anything different."" So he makes a call and in a very sarcastic voice says ""We have an ""emergency"" that needs the jet truck."" Hangs up and says, ""Yep, Dave will be over to flush the lines."" Then leaves. Two hours later we call to get an eta and the receptionist Courtney tells us no one is coming because Dave is on a job and the next available time is Monday. 24/7 emergency help? Apparently not. When we asked if he would be available after his current job the only thing she would say was, ""I can't disclose that information."" Yes or no, or how about I'm not sure but let me check into it. Nope nothing. Not even an offer to see if someone could come out Saturday morning. Thank goodness for The other plumber we called. They came right over and snaked us out, with something better than what Roto Rooter had anyways and also explained that the jet flush should be a last resort as it would've ruined our entire bathroom and most of the living room. They offered to do it if we wanted but were pretty sure the snake would do it. And guess what, it cleaned the pipes right out!! And a third of the cost Roto Rooter would've charged us to ruin our basement. Never again will we call or recommend this plumbing service to anyone.

Around 9PM on 12/30/15 we began having water gush out around the bottom of our toilet. We called Roto-Rooter to come out and fix the problem. We knew we would have to pay a little extra due to coming out at night. We never expected that they would quote us a visit fee of $825! Needless to say, we hung up on the guy. We did find a great company that fixed the problem for $140.

Had a clogged kitchen drain and bathroom tub and bathroom tub in an older apartment building. The next morning, Dan was able to unclog the drains without breaking any pipes! Very happy with the service. Thanks!

I had a completely blocked kitchen drain and a dishwasher full of dirty dishes, I went online and filled out the schedule form and within an hour I was talking to a scheduler, she made an 11 am to 1 pm time slot and called me at 10:50 to say the technician was on his way. Curt was courteous, clean and did a great job, even switched out some washers in the T trap. I would encourage anyone who needs quick and efficient service, Roto Rooter is the call or online contact to make.
