Had to have my sewer pipes dug up and replaced. Customer service was unpleasant, very expensive for the work you get, they have no respect for you or your property and don't explain things to you such as they aren't responsible for replacing concrete they tore up, until after the fact. Good for an emergency and nothing more.

Yes, completely recommend! They are out to your home within an hour! We had a leak problem plumber Edgar found it and fixed it within 10 mins.

Be very careful with these guys. I had a clogged sewer line somewhere between my house and the main sewer line on Xmass Eve. These guys did get out there in about 8 hours, but could not unclog the line. The guy who came out gave me some BS sales line that the trap was bad, and needed to be replaced. Said it would cost $4850 and he book the work right away for Monday. Charged me $510 for coming out AND broke the cap for the cleanout access. Luckily it was not backing into my house so I called my regular plumber, RG Williams that night and left word with his answering service. They were out first thing Monday morning and within 20 mins had the clogged cleared and a new cap on, all for about 60% less. In fairness to this business it was xmass eve and the did in fact come out. However it is quite obvious they are not very skilled and/or have sub par equipment. Stick with your local guys whenever you can!!

Let's just say service wise great got the job done, definitely would recommend to others. But But But But I will not recommend, why? Due to the ongoing pandemic and money is tighter then normal now a days. This company is not the one. They over price to the 15th power for a fix that took no more then 20min.

We got charged $510 for what seemed to be a major issue which turned into 20min of snaking the main line leading to street. Again service great price fuck that.

I recommend the professionals at Roto Rooter, Bensalem. We had sewer back-up at our rental in Abington which required a ""flush-out"" late Sunday night, from our roof, after a snow storm. Later work included providing ground access and another flush-out. Every plumber who came out (over 3 days) answered all questions, explained the options fully and was considerate of my renter. Thanks again from a happy customer.
