Fast responders and friendly service. Used the service twice unexpectedly for 2 separate issues. Most recent helped fix issues with a leaking kitchen sink. Original morning appointment was pushed back to evening, but the two reps were very informative to what was causing the leak. Did not have the part needed in stock, but came back the next day to fix the problem. Great communication!
The other issue was with our bathroom toilet and the service rep was very thorough to make sure that it wasn't just snaking the pipes and leaving. Did a check of our outside line to make sure there was no extra blockage.

I had an emergency situation occur with my dishwasher late in the evening. I contacted Roto-Rooter and spoke to a customer service representative.
The call-taker was extremely helpful and gave me a window of time in which a Roto-Rooter representative would come out. This same representative called me back and alerted me that a Roto-Rooter employee was on his way.

Hasan arrived and was quick to see the problem and offered a solution to fix it. Within 5 minutes, the issue was fixed and I was able to turn back on my main water line and had no more water leaking in my kitchen.

Hasan was professional, neat (cleaned the area up when he was finished), kind, friendly, and a great representative of Roto-Rooter.

My mother-in-law had some major leaks under the house in the crawl-space. All of the pipes under the bathroom needed replacing. Technicians were prompt and courteous, and drained the water from under the house. Mike the master plumber who fixed and replaced the pipes was very kind and gave us a very good deal. He worked hard, and was very professional. Had a problem when they re-installed the toilet (it cracked), but they replaced it for free and made everything right. Would definitely recommend them to others, and will use Mike for plumbing needs in the future.

Prompt, friendly service. My daughter lives in Center City Phila and called late on a Friday night because the kitchen sink was clogged. Since she was going away in the morning, I was staying to wait for the plumber to fix the problem. Someone came out early Saturday morning and fixed the problem before 10am. Thung, the plumber was friendly, knowledgeable, professional. I would recommend this service.

Our outdoor spigot burst over the bad winter that we had, plus I forget to shut the water off this past fall. Ut oh! Well, luckily, as soon as I called Roto-Rooter (on a sunday!), they sent a technician out right away! Alex was here in an hour and the problem was fixed in an hour or two! Very nice gentleman and knew what he was talking about! I highly recommend Roto Rooter on Longshore Ave!

Yes Roto - Rooter stayed at my home for eight hours until the job was done correctly and guarnteed their work. Lol my only problem is that they do not clean up after themselves .

Had a clogged kitchen sink and a slow-draining bathroom sink. I informed the technician that I used Drano the previous morning to no avail. Technician checked both sinks, went in the basement, then proceeded to tell me he could not use a snake but would use a machine (pump) to open/clean the pipes...for $355.00 per sink!! RIDICULOUS! Expressed my outrage and he aksed what I was willing to pay, even offered a $100.00 discount. Needless to say I chose another plumber. Paid less than half for what he offered for one sink. New plumber even changed the rusty pipe under the sink! Will never consider Roto Rooter in the future.

I thought my downspouts were clogged since I had dampness in my basement. Sarge (the best) came out to check them and told me that it wasn't worth having them roto-rootered since the blockages were small and the problem was elsewhere. He saved me ALOT of money. He had also been out for a clogged toilet a couple of years ago and couldn't have been nicer or more professional!

I was very happy with the professionalism of the tech that fixed my basket strainer for my kitchen sink. Also, they arrived within an hour of placing the service call. The total cost of repair was over $300 which was very high, however, I was very satisfied with the work.

Total waste of time. I had a drain backed up and flooding into my basement - not a raging emergency, but troubling (and gross).

Called Roto-Rooter and got the run around a couple of times. They blew off the 4 hour window they gave me for the service technician, lied to me twice on the phone afterwards about the guy being almost ready to be there, and because I took them at their word, ended up waiting past 2AM (too late to call another plumbing service.)

So, I basically had to call them to verify someone was still coming, got lied to by some lady with zero phone skills, and sat through the night with no answers and a basement nearly as full of sh*t as their service.
