I was thankful that a technician came out the same day that I called but, I was blowen away when he charged $180 to install a new wax ring in the toilet. Today I found out that he NEVER installed the wax ring, so I paid $180 for nothing.

And he left a huge mess on the basement floor when he cleaned out the pipes.

And I paid $1330 for an hour of work.
In the future I will call a REAL plumber.

I needed roto-rooter because my 4 year old flushed two toys down the toilet. Technician was on time. He was polite and understanding. He fixed the problem quickly. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that it was expensive ($235 for 15 minutes of work).

Easy to book. Came in the window they said they would. Took care of the pipe clog I had in my basement utility sink. My only problem was the price. Almost 400 dollars for less than an hour of work. Required no parts. Only labor. Should've done more research before but that's my fault.

I had Roto- Rooter out a couple of day ago to deal with a broken water valve and a clogged toilet. The service was prompt and professional, and they even called and said they could be there early! Chawng was my plumber, professional and courteous. Thanks!

What a rip off! I called them to fix clogs in my two toilets and what they do is rebuilt the toilet and get charged for it....then come again to really fix my clogged toilets and demand me to pay again....never again will I use them.

I had a clogged sewer line. The plumber who arrived came on time and in the timeframe stated. The plumber was very friendly, gave me a discount since I used them 9 months earlier for the same issue, and resolved the problem in a reasonable time. I have used them again and would continue to do so if any other issues arise.

Chawng Vunga was my service tech and he was very nice and informative. He quickly fixed the laundry room drain. As it was the washer hose had lent in it causing the spill over from the drain on the floor. He suggested buying a filter from Home Depot to put on washer hose to keep lent from entering and causing future problems. Also left a treatment to put down drains once a month. I have always used Roto Rooter when there is plumbing problems and had no problems. I use them because they have been around for a long time.

Roto-rooter came out on Christmas Day, snaked the drain and cleared the blockage. On the 28th the pipes once again backed up. Roto-rooter came out snaked the pipes again. On the 29th once again the pipes backed up and caused flooding. Roto-rooter is refusing to make this job a priority even though they've been paid and have been given multiple opportunities to resolve the issue. The customer service is appalling and it's unacceptable they refuse to come out and complete the service they've been paid for.

Can't say anything about the actual plumbing service but the customer service was horrible. Had an emergency request in at 10am for a 2-6pm window. They never showed up. They never called. We kept calling and the response was the plumber should call you soon. By end of day Mr Plumber was able to come out and help us.
