They scheduled my service call for between 7:30 - 9:30 pm telling me they would text me about 30 minutes beforehand to make sure I was home before sending the technician to my house. Starting at 9:30, I started calling about every hour and a half. They kept telling me they were running very behind. At midnight, they tell me they tried calling me several times - - an absolute lie as my call log shows nothing. So they sent the technician to the next appointment. But they're happy to schedule an appointment for me tomorrow. I needed someone tonight as I have standing water in my basement.
This company is absolutely horrible. DO NOT USE.
Karen P.My husband called at 4:30 am for an appointment to fix our toilet . We received an appointment between 8am-10am. They called us alittle after 10:00 saying that they would be late. We called at 2:00 as they still did not show up. We finally called to cancel at almost 5pm.
We have using them for 25 yrs. They are frequently late but but we thought this was ridiculous with no explanation. I will find a new plumber.
Tammy H.Roto Rooter charged me $400 to unclog a toilet.
He never even got off my toilet.
So I thought I would give him some space since he was a very large man.
I walk back after about 15 minutes and he said it was done.
After he left and I tipped him $10, I realized he didn't do anything!
I had to call Dooley Plumbing. They charged me $299 and fixed the problem
You all never reimbursed my money.
Ripped me off!
