Dustin K.Called them to replace a toilet at a rental that was not working while I was out of town. No call no show TWICE! To make it better the following week (out of town for a wedding again and probably more than I would be able to do myself anyway) downstairs tenant had a leak coming through the ceiling call about 10 plumbing places on Saturday 4 pm and they are the only one I can get ahold of... reluctantly I decided to give them another chance and made it known the previous week they were a no call no show.. someone was supposed to show up between 10 am and 2 pm... I called 3 times throughout the day, Noon was told someone would be there around 2. I called again at 2 and they said they were finishing another job and we're headed there shortly, I called again at 3:30 and again got that someone would ""be there shortly."" Save your time and call someone else bc they won't show up anyway.
