I called Roto-Rooter for a sewer line clog, and Riley was our technician. He explained upfront that it could take a couple of hours, but he had it completely cleared in under 30 minutes. He was incredibly quick, professional, and made sure everything was draining properly before wrapping up.

The service cost was $480, which felt steep at first, but considering how fast and effectively he resolved the issue--and the fact that they offer a free camera inspection follow-up--it was well worth the value for the peace of mind.

I also really appreciated Riley's clear communication and the thoroughness of his work. Definitely recommend Roto-Rooter and Riley if you need fast, no-nonsense help with plumbing issues.

Never EVER use this company. They will take a job, knowing it is an emergency situation, and then not show but tell you they are on the way.

Was told someone would be here withing 2 hours today for emergency. Got call after call that I was next in the queue and someone would be here shortly. Now more than 10 hours later my basement is flooded, sump pump not working, water still coming in, and they can't even tell me if someone will be here tonight.

No apologies. They just don't care about you but will take a job without regard for you or your house. After a couple of hours I called and asked if someone was coming and they said yes I was next. I don't even blame them for this because I'm the idiot who believed them.

Just stay away from this fraud of a company. You may get lucky but more than likely you will get screwed. I had no option to leave a less rating. I could only do 1 star but if I had an option for zero or negative I would have taken it.
