My bathroom sink pipe broke on Christmas. I called Roto Rooter. They told I would have a plumber this morning. Now I find out they are not doing broken pipes, only backed up drains!
I am not happy as we have no water in our house and can't wash, use the toilet , cook, or anything!

I had an appointment from 4-6. They sent someone out to take pictures around 4pm and he said the plumber was right behind him. I called at 5 and they said the plumber was working on a big job but would be out and would call giving 30-40 min lead time when he was coming. I called at 7:30 and they said the Plummer was running behind but I was next. I got a text at 8:55 that said the technician was coming in 30-45 min. I called at 9:55 and they told me 20 more min...he hit some traffic and was coming a long way but was on his way. I called at 10:55 and they told me he didn't finish his job, needs to go back tomorrow. They don't know why I got that other message and he had gone home for the day and someone should have called as my appointment has been rescheduled for tomorrow as they were overbooked. Worst service ever.

I was told I would need an entire ""toilet rebuild"" and quoted just under $400. Turns out, I needed an $8 rubber gasket which solved the problem immediately. Absolutely unbelievable.

Will definitely try to scam you. Didn't diagnose the problem, but rather made the problem out to be major sewer problem to charge more. In addition, sent 3 water mitigation specialists without saying they were sending these jackasses. These guys wanted to demolish an entire level of the house saying there was raw sewage. Wouldn't listen or take no for an answer. Trapped the female homeowner. The actual problem was that the washer leaked a little bit of water on the floor.

Terrible. I had an appointment on Wednesday from 5:30-9:30. I called at 9:30 and they had to reschedule for Friday from 5:00-8:00. I called at 8:00 and they had to reschedule for Saturday from 10:00-12:00. I called at 12:00, 3:00, 6:00, and 9:00. The first three times they said they were running late and the last time they claimed they tried calling me at 6:00, when I was on the phone with them, and when I didn't answer, they went on to the next job.

On Friday night our kitchen sink plugged up. My husband tried snaking it but no remedy relief. I searched online for plumbers and called Drainmaster first. No answer, no reply to message left. So after an hour, we called Roto-Rooter. Phone was answered immediately, they offered to come out between 8 p.m. and midnight. We didn't feel that urgent, so scheduled for next morning (Saturday of Labor Day weekend). Scheduled between 9 a.m.-1 p.m., they called first thing and even came earlier than 9 a.m. John explained process, followed Covid protocols, and work is guaranteed for 6 months. Very helpful and professional. Thanks John. Also nice that a company is so responsive and dependable.
