We hired RotoRooters for fixing Water Damage and Restoration. The Plumbers did an great job fixing the leak.
The Restoration team Jared and Corbin did a excellent job getting everything restored. Showed everyday couple of days to take readings on the moisture level until everything dried out.

I think they are little pricy compared to other companies. But they did an excellent job.

I would hire them again for any water damage restoration. But so much for plumping due to high cost.

We had a great experience with Roto Rooter. Our basement bathroom toilet backed up badly (into the shower) the morning of our daughter's 13th birthday - when we had 6 girls coming to spend the night and eat pizza and watch movies in the basement (and they needed to use that toilet). We called Roto Rooter at 8am - their service man was at our house by 9am and the entire bathroom was unclogged and clean by 10:45am - problem solved!

Roto Rooter was fast, professional and did a great job.

My kitchen sink got backed up early Saturday morning There were only a few companies open on Saturday. I called Roto-Rooter and they said they could get a technician out within four hours. They had one there in about 3 hours. John the technician was courteous fast and efficient he also threw in some drain cleaner for my personal use at a huge discount I was very satisfied with the service.

If you need help, and need it now, CALL ROTO ROOTER!!!! One call, they were at my home in about an hour, immediately assessed the situation, told me exactly what would happen. Step one, clear the clog and get the drains functioning again. Step two, another team arrives to start cleaning up ... in my case, the sewage actually penetrated the dry walls, which had to be cut out. They DEEP CLEANED everything. Then brought in specialized equipment to make sure everything was dry. Took Three Days for everything to dry, they stopped by each day, exactly on time ... assessed the progress with an update to me. When the home finally reached their standards, they again, CLEANED everything, and I mean everything.

PLEASE, if you have sewage backup, CALL ROTOROOTER.

Standard service, astronomical prices. Outrageous. I fell for the $50 off coupon, but ended up spending $150 more than the same job with another plumber, just a simple clogged drain. What a waste.

Working with Roto Rooter for water mitigation has been a nightmare. Their website states that there are no extra charges for nights, holidays, and weekends with no stated exceptions to be found. I found out on my invoice that they actually do charge for night work... apparently water mitigation doesn't apply, but this was not disclosed to me. The invoice they gave me was also over $1000 more than what my insurance adjuster estimated as fair market price. The reason for this was a ton of extra fees that are not disclosed to you during the work, even charged me for opening up a closet wall that was not necessary according to my plumber who fixed my leak. No mention of any extra costs until the invoice shows up. I was even mistakenly charged for them fixing my leak, which was done by a completely different plumbing company. It has been extremely difficult to resolve differences between my adjuster's estimate and their invoice. They are also not an approved vendor for Nationwide, which was not clearly disclosed to me when they started my claim. Just stay away... difficult to work with and they will surprise you with their extra ""costs"".

Not a good experience. Sent an unlicensed and inexperienced plumber to fix a problem that I had to walk him through. He removed the old part with my tool and proceeded to install the new part which I purchased, with my instructions step by step. Installed it upside down even after I told him how to put it in. Put the rest of the faucet back together correctly only because I stood right there to guide him. This company charges flat rates, not hourly, so every situation doesn't fit neatly into their rate list. This certainly didn't. After he got the old part out, it was a ten minute job that I could have easily done myself (I sort of did), and I'm a girl! My husband was recovering from surgery so he could not help. They fake ""discounted"" the bill but it was still way too much. I paid with a credit card but I am disputing part of the charge. We'll see.....

I must acknowledge the very good follow up customer service, first from Pat and then Jose in the local office. My concerns were taken seriously and addressed. Training issues and customer service were discussed. I appreciate the follow up.

UPDATE: I'm not as happy as I was right after my issue was ""fixed"".

They had to come out twice. The first time they told me it was a shower drain that was the problem. I told them it was impossible because we hadn't used that shower in 3 years so it couldn't be leaking. Well they ""fixed it"" anyway and charged me $800. Then they had to come out the next day because something was still leaking - same as before. Took them days to figure out the leak was the toilet. Then they had to charge me for the new work even though I had already paid for work on something that wasn't even broken. $1500 for a toilet leak? CRAZY, EXPENSIVE and STUPID.

It is now over a month later and the old toilets are STILL sitting in my garage even though I call them once a week to come and pick them up. I will NEVER use Roto-Rooter again!
