They came on a Saturday with less than a 45 minute wait. He cleared our clog in 10 minutes and was very professional. Had a good personality and price was reasonable.

Scheduled an appointment for a clogged and dripping kitchen sink in Springfield, Massachusetts. Received a call 2.5 hours before stating the technician is on the way. I reiterated we had a 10am appointment and they said ok. Received a second call in which I was informed that the plumber's truck broke down and they would send the next available technician and wouldn't bother me again with another call. About 1.5 hours after the scheduled time someone showed. He did not introduce himself. He was in the kitchen for 2-3 minutes and stated it would cost, are you ready, $475 to unclog the sink. I told him the price was out of line and he said he could give me a deal. Really?! At that point I had lost all trust in the person and the company and declined the service.

Had a blockage in my main drain line. Called on a Sunday. Here within an hour and a half. Damien walked in assessed the problem, and knew what to do immediately. Very professional experience from start to finish. Would definitely use them again. Hopefully won't need to, but good to know they are just a call away.

I live in Sturbridge and I called Roto-Rooter on a Saturday because of a back up in our basement. They said that they would be at our home within 4 hours and they arrived within 2 hours which was fantastic! Anthony was professional in his approach to our situation; he diagnosed the problem and set up a follow up appointment the next morning with Tom who arrived bright and early. Tom was also very professional and further clarified the problem. He identified the issue, set up the excavation team to completely fix the problem. The excavation team (with Tom) arrived on Tuesday and in less than three hours had the problem totally fixed!!! I would highly recommend this team!!!

Aaron and Al did a great job. I'll definetly NOT call them first. What a job it was. Drain pipes were plugged up badly and they stayed and completed the job. They even changed over some piping. I'm so glad it's done. However, they are WAY over-priced. Look around first. Had to have a recall done on the drain.

Tony B cleared out some clogs in some really old pipes. This was my second time using Roto Rooter and the first time was great too. He was very nice and professional and took care of the problems. Luckily the old pipes held up, but he took his time do try his best to avoid that. Yes they aren't exactly cheap, but they come 24/7 so you have understand that. Would definitely use them again.

This was our third service with Roto-Rooter at our home since 2011. Our tech, Danny, was very pleasant (and talkative). He asked about the history of the two prior visits and even asked if we had the old invoices so he could compare what he was seeing with what was seen before. Sure enough, he located the same problem in the same location as our last two visits (clog in main line running out of house into the septic tank), AND he figured out why it keeps happening every two years. He explained everything clearly and suggested a few options for how we can remediate the problem. Thanks to Danny, we are going to be able to talk with our septic company, get an estimate for the repair, and plan ahead! In a week where everything seemed to be going wrong in the house, this was one thing that went right! He even pointed out an error in the plumbing design that could impact our kitchen sink, described what could go wrong, and told us how to deal with it ourselves if it ever became an issue. I had a sink back up on Easter Sunday with close to 20 people in my house! When I called the number I found in my local directory, it was actually the Springfield MA office I was calling. The dispatcher Ruby was very pleasant and told me she could get someone to come by within the next 2 hours. An hour later Ruby called to tell me the tech was on his way, he arrived exactly when I was told he'd be here.

Jeff was very friendly, courteous and professional. He cleared my sink drain, told me about a $40 off coupon on line (which I printed off) and then cleaned the area up after he was finished.

The charge was a LOT more than I'm accustomed to paying for the job that was done, but they guarantee the work for 6 months, no other plumbing service in my area does that. All in all, I'm happy with the service, although they were quite pricey, over $430 to clear/snake the drain.

I had a badly clogged sink in my bathroom. I was able to schedule an appointment fairly quickly and the technician (Dan) came within the time window specified. He was very courteous and professional. After he was done repairing my sink he cleaned up after himself and put everything neatly back in its place, something plumbers rarely do. He answered all my questions and gave me advice on how to prevent clogs from happening in the future. The only downside was the price...it was expensive for such a small repair ($475), but he did a great job.
