Derek #455 was my technician. He presented himself at my home looking neat and professional, with a smile and great attitude. I showed him the problem toilet. He examined the area and identified the problem very quickly. He explained the problem to me very clearly and simply, without being condescending. He also explained the costs for repair without trying to hide any additional fees or otherwise trick me. He was completely honest. After approving the service, Derek worked quickly and efficiently. He was done before I knew it, and was very neat about it. He was very respectful of my home, making sure not to make a mess or track in anything from outside. He then went on to explain the paperwork in all respects. All in all a great experience. Thank you Derek!!!

I highly recommend this plumbing service.

Our kitchen faucet had a slow leak that another plumber told us could not be remedied several times, and soon enough the hoses below the sink began to leak as well. We called this service and they were able to come within a couple of hours to address the problem. A very polite, personable and professional individual named Henry (#1120) came to the house and very quickly assessed the situation. We needed a new faucet. The faucet was old and the previous owners before we bought the house- I'm still not sure why the other plumbers couldn't tell us that. Henry also noted that the pipes underneath were too complex and allowed for more potential spots for a leak. He suggested we go buy another one so we did- and he came back the same day again to fix the problem for good. He even helped us with a stopper-solution for out bathroom sink upstairs.

Very nice guy and a pleasurable experience, even our cat liked him- and she doesn't like anyone.

Consistently excellent experience with Roto-Rooter. I get many of the same people who come for my biannual septic tank pumping, and they are absolute experts. No weekend or emergency surcharges either -- they just send someone as quickly as they can, which is usually within a couple of hours. Fantastic.

Called them at 5pm on a Sat and was told there would be a technician there by 7pm and no one showed up until after 10. I called the office a few times and they kept on telling me someone was on the way. I feel like the customer service, even though they were very sweet, could be a little more informative and accurate with the scheduling. Once Matt the technician arrived I was very pleased with his professionalism and capabilities in fixing my clog. He was sympathetic with to our long wait time that night and was quick and clean in his work. Thank you Matt -
