TERRIBLE!!! Our toilet overflowed bad and leaked through to the floor below. Shut the water off and it was still dripping down to the floor below! I know it's a holiday but we called at 130pm and they told us they would call shortly with a time estimate. We explained that it was an emergency cause the water was dripping from the ceiling onto to the floor below. They said don't worry we will be there soon. SIX HOURS later we heard NOTHING! So we called back, they said sorry you are on the list and would check with the driver and call us back. TWO more hours of water in our ceiling and no bathroom in the house, we called back AGAIn and NO ANSWER!!! WASTED AN ENTIRE DAY WAITING FOR THEM! CALL ANOTHER COMPANY! we did and they were at the house in an hour!

The service was quick. Within 2hrs the tech was here and tech was nice, experienced and resolved the issue quick which was a simple clog. However I agree with all the comments here that they don't quote prices over the phone and they are ridiculously expensive. A simple bathtub clog that took 20min to snake cost me $571 which with a normal plumber would be half that. So hire beware.

Very dishonest from the start, from start to finish. They do not quote you any pricing on the phone, they say,""when their service technician comes out, they will access the situation"",(laughable). How do they assess you ask? The ""technician"" stands with a flashlight and starts with, ""to snake the line and use chemicals is 569.00, to use the camera is 469.00."" What a joke, they wasted my time, assessing the situation. To the unsuspecting customers, be aware and careful because they will take your money with no problems. For those that are elderly, be careful, call a local plumber, or get a recommended plumber from a neighbor. Really disingenuous from the start!!!

My tech was an hour late and wanted $450.00 plus tax to clear a toilet line. On top of that he acted annoyed when we questioned the price. I called another company and had it done for less than half the price with no attitude. BUYER BEWARE

Although the their website claims 24/7 emergency service and no additional charge on Christmas Eve, they apparently can't be bothered. I called them Christmas Eve (Saturday night) after my kitchen sink sprung a leak. I had to shut off the main water valve to my house to stop the water gushing in my kitchen. Of course it was a broken flexi line and would have been easily fix if Home Depot was open. I called Roto Rooter and they said they can't come until Monday. So much for emergency service. I had no water anywhere in my house. They could have easily charged me a fortune (which I would have paid) to replace a $3 part. Don't bother with these people.

To see if it was broke or if float was bad just quoted price of 1100
Dollars I then asked him to leave.Monday a real plumber came checked it out said it was fine just the float had got temporarily stuck.So beware

We had a clog in the pipe leading out to the sewer from tree roots. We called Roto-Rooter on a Saturday afternoon and they were here within an hour. The technician worked until 9pm and had someone come back the next day, all for the original price. The 2nd tech was able to clear the drain and we had water again by Sunday at noon. The district manager, Joe, even called multiple times to make sure everything was OK. Steve and Mark, the technicians, were great. They were on top of the job, easy to work with and worked as cleanly as possible, considering the circumstances. I would absolutely use Roto-Rooter again and would recommend them to anyone who needs drain service.

A courteous, professional technician came and did what other plumbers were unable to do. And, he automatically applied every discount I was entitled to. They are as good as it gets!
