We have two bathrooms and one of the toilets never worked properly. The buildings handyman came several times and was never able to truly fix it so it would flush well. Finally, when it stopped flushing at all we tried snaking it and the auger got stuck. I called Roto Rooter around 8 PM. They answered the phone promptly and said someone would come as soon as possible. Within 90 minutes Lindon came and fixed the toilet. It involved removing the commode by which he unearthed what was blocking the line: a mop head(!) that a previous tenant had somehow flushed down. Lindon was polite and even cleaned up after he was finished. I would highly recommend Roto Rooter for plumbing issues.

Sharif showed up promptly and offered me clear communication about the issue (sewage line needed cleaning sewage gas in the home*gross*) Offered a clear estimate and explained how the work would be done. Experience was as pleasant as spending money to clean up a sewage line could be.

I had a very bad leak from my shower- My property management team recommended 'reliable plumbing' and needless to say they were far from reliable- but my friend recommended Roto Rooter- I was very lucky to have Tony fix the problem right away- He knew exactly what to do and showed up right on time. Tony is awesome- and I will only use Roto-Rooter from now on!!

Miguel 266 was excellent. Not only did the drain get cleared, he explained things to me to help prevent the problem from happening again. Ask for him, he is experienced and efficient. He cleaned up even things he didn't need to and he knows what he is doing.

My basement was flooded and immediately last night the company sent Tony. He was great. He came over quickly and was very efficient. It was a little pricey but you get what you pay for and job well done. I highly recommend this company if a thorough job is what you are seeking

Worst service experience of my life. If I could, I wouldn't give them any stars! I had to call 3 different techs on he same day, and the third person never showed. I never received a phone call that the tech wasn't coming. Each tech is more incompatent than the next and the 2 techs that did show up only made our flooded basement issue worse. After waiting over 24 hours for the third tech to show up, on a Saturday, my husband called to speak with the manager and demand a refund of their ridiculously high priced service. Still waiting for our refund a week later, BTW.

Amazing service! I was reluctant to use the service based on previous reviews, but they could not be more wrong. After they cleaned my main sewer pipe, they sent over a guy by the name of kenny to put in a camera. He found a crack that was allowing roots to grow in my pipe! Who would've thought? This was causing my my problems. No other company in the past three times I've had work done, have identified this problem. thank you very much

I did wait a day before I got service, but I was willing to wait since 5 plumbers weren't willing to show up to check out my problem. Bayo showed up. He was light hearted and friendly. He assured me that he would take care of the problem. He snaked the pipe, and was able to offer some suggestions regarding a bathroom sink. I'm hoping all goes well since homeownership is new to me.
