Had a pipe blow behind the water heater and called Roto -Rooter n they were out with in 2 hours n the technician was named Tony Redford n just have to say what a nice guy , great customer service n very very knowledgeable, would highly recommend Roto -Rooter n I will ask for Tony for any plumbing issues going forward , he did a AWSOME job thanks Tony .

I'm clogged my toilet for $317 dollars. He was there less than an hour. A very high cost for minimal work. He did get it fixed as it did have pressure problems.

Beware. After Pat below referred me to a local contractor who was assigned my business, no one ever contacted me or had any interest in resolving this issue or to discuss the ""AHA!"" Style of salesmanship used. To boot, the problem has returned, but I will choose to use a company that values its customers and which seeks to resolve problems and actually perform work and repairs.

Stay away from this outfit. The technician quoted $300 to use his hand auger to clear a blocked toilet. He was unable to clear the blockage, but instead of just using a longer tool, he claimed the that the toilet was broken and needed to be replaced. How much? $400. However, he could not explain exactly how the toilet was broken. He had not even cleared the pipe yet. When I said there was no way I would pay him $300 to say he couldn't clear my toilet and that I would be contacting his boss, he offered to lower the cost to $150 - for not doing his job successfully. I repeated that I was not satisfied and would contact the management. He returned shortly after to say that he would not charge me anything. After all that!!!!! I called another company, and for $127 they cleared the clog, no problem. NEVER call this racket!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! Complete rip off and they should be ashamed of themselves! Quoted $700 for a sink install that already had all the plumbing ready to go and new sink with faucet we're assembled, just needed to be hooked up. They said $195/hr for labor but could not explain where the added $500 was coming from. If I could give less then 1 star I would ! Absolutely disgusting!

We called for same day service and got an appointment that afternoon. We then received a call late afternoon asking if we could reschedule for the next day and were highly encouraged to postpone. We declined and were then told our plumber would arrive around 6pm. When no showed by 7pm we called again and were told he was on his way.
The plumber came and took a look but had no parts. He went to the store and by the time he got back it was 8:30pm. He ""fixed"" our leaking sink and then got started on the shower. The shower turned out to be a bigger deal than expected and the poor guy tried his best for 2hrs without a result (I think he was new). He called his manager and a few of his coworkers but no one would come out to help him. He kept going back outside to his truck and every time he came back into the house he didn't put covers over his dirty shoes and walked all over our house and bedroom carpet. Once 10:30pm hit we had to ask him to leave so we could go to sleep. The next day we called another service and they had to fix the sink again (which was done wrong), and fixed the shower in no time.

my toilet has been out for a few days. I work a 9-5 so getting time off of work has been hard. I call this place and they have same day availability! great. i'm lucky enough to snag some time off work to finally get this fixed. I leave work 3 hours early to be called 30 min before our scheduled time that they can't make it out today but they can come first thing in the morning... ok. the window of arrival is 8-10am. I get my first call at 11 am thinking theyre finally here - she's calling to tell me she couldn't get ahold of me so my service is canceled? I call back and suddenly they can still come today. I say ok. i've now sat inside my house with no plumbing waiting for these people from 8 am to 4 pm. no call. not keeping me in the loop with anything. super unprofessional to waste someone's time like this.

And the work is okay but the cleanup is terrible I called the company said they're going to send me an email link for a I sent the pictures to him I want to do this seems really care I would recommend this Roto-Rooter not to mention the foul mouth on a guy my mom is 91 she was down the hallway she was scared to go out of a room and he was having problems doing something solder splatter on the walls stuck on the toilet seat in the back of toilet left a mess everywhere in every part of the bathroom
