Had problems with plumbing issues. The technician responded very quickly. He was able to resolve the problem plus agreed to look at our tub spigot as well. He happily fixed it for us.
We were very pleased with the total charges and we highly recommend their services.

THE WORST
I dont' know who is doing the dispatching but these guys are incompetent.
Yesterday, I was giving a 4h window, then they said they needed 2-3h longer. After two hours I called in, waited on hold they told me the dispatcher will call? me back in 30min, or anything. THey just make? BS up as they go.
Of course, nobody called me back. I called back after 30min, waited on? hold for 15 minutes to find out that the dispatcher left and new dispatcher didn't know anything about it.
I rescheduled for the next morning, as an urgency 10-12pm. Nobody showed up, called in. Now the new story is that the guy left half an hour ago, but needed to pick up supply and take another hour. No explanation of? why he needs to pick up supplies if he doesn't know what supplies he needs for my job.
Again, making BS up as they go.

Don't? get me started on the job. Happened a lot of times that I had problems that were caused due to a bad job performed by them years before.

I have enough, this is the last job for them. It is just not worth to ruin my nerves and my house.

If you want your plumbing problems resolved call Roto-Rooter. I had three other plumbers sent to my house prior to calling roto-rooter and I will not make that mistake again. My home warranty sent the first two plumbers who did nothing but tell me there was nothing they could do. The third actually attempted to snake my drain but stated they could not unclog but quoted me way too much to come back with the ""big guns"". After much frustration I called Roto-Rooter for one more estimate and they sent Eddy who was professional and worked very hard and cleared my plumbing problem. When he told me he had cleared the stoppage I was amazed after being told by three other plumbers that they couldn't do it. One of the plumbers actually wanted to break through my dining room floor at a cost of $20,000 dollars if you can believe that. The next day Roto-Rooter sent Blake to run the camera and make sure my pipes were in good shape and he was also very professional and stated that there were some things I could do to optimize my plumbing but nothing that was necessary at this time. I will never use another plumbing company other than Roto-Rooter after the experience I had with the other companies.

Had to get a difficult clogged kitchen line cleared. My usual plumber was backed up, for a week, and I had to find another plumber. Called roto rooter and they came thru for me big time.
They got the job done in a timely manner, and were proffessional.
Great job roto rooter. Probably may use them in the future.

How do you claim to be a 24 hours service company when you can't even respond or let your customer know if you can do the job or not? We have an emergency early in the morning and had to wait for over an hour for the technician to confirm the job and never did. I have to call repeatedly and ended up cancelling the request because either the service customer rep don't know where the technician is or the technician is doing whatever else. So much for an emergency assistance. No star is more appropriate for this experience.

Had a problem in our main bathroom toilet. Contacted Roto Rooter at 7:30 am & tech came out a little past 9am. James was great. So nice & attentive. Did the job fast. Very knowledgeable. Extremely happy with Roto Rooter service.

My kitchen line clogged up and after my husband spent several hours, soaking the kitchen floor, etc. I called Roto-Rooter. Should have done that to start with, but who ever listens to a wife? I was surprised and happy that they would send someone out right away! Woo Hoo!

Joshua, # 321, arrived within 30 minutes and went to work immediately! He had the line cleared within 30 minutes and even had time to play with our dog - which made ""Jake"" extremely happy!

Needless to say, I will use Joshua again if need be....I hope not, but just in case. I recommend Roto-Rooter and Joshua as I found him to be highly professional, skilled and wanted to get our problem cleared up ASAP! Thank you, Josh, for a job well done!

We hired Roto-Rooter on 8.20.17 for plumbing issues at my residence. We told them our toilet overflowed which caused a flood. Josh Mattson, the technician, came out and tried to stop the flooding. He went to the front yard and told us the sewer line was clogged and he'd fix it. He then told us that the half inch of water flooded our walls and we needed to pay $5,000-$7,000 to do the restoration through Dryco. We are renting my house and didn't have approval to do anything like that without talking to the management company. Another guy pulled up with a Dryco shirt on saying he works directly with Josh Mattson in Roto-Runner and said he had to tear down walls to get the water out or we would have mold and insisted on us giving him our property management's person's number. We said we would wait and hire them again if they deemed more work needed to be done. We paid $450 for the extraction of water--and $200 for the fixing of the sewer line. The guy from Dryco left us some driers to blow dry the tile and swept water outside... that's all he did.

This morning we woke up to another flood. This time coming from behind the fridge. We called Josh again and he came out and said, ""Are you going to hire us for more work? Otherwise we don't do anything"" and he insisted we would have to tear down the walls. We declined and he then cursed at my mother and said she's a ""f****** b****"" and gave her the finger. I told him to get out before he regrets coming by. Finally we spoke to our property management company and they had Southwest Construction come out to see what was leaking. Come to find out Josh purposely put on the water going from the sink to the fridge for an ice maker on so it would flood and they'd come back to scam us out of THOUSANDS of dollars. We have lived in our house almost three years and never had an ice maker, much less ever turned on the water going to our old fridge which isn't even capable of making ice or water.

We are so upset that we wasted money. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS - they WILL scam you and SABOTAGE YOUR HOME! They should be shut down. I'm going to the Better Business Bureau as well.

They told me that because the poop wasn't flowing over my shower drain pan that they wouldn't come out till the next day.. Then I asked her how was I going to give my son a bath for school? This phone call was a joke. She was rude. Never again will i call them..

All of the waste water in the house was ending up in our downstairs shower. Roto Rooter had somebody here within an hour, they gave me the prices all straightforward, and he solved the issue very quickly. He even took a coupon I printed from the website for an additional $40 off. Very happy with their service! He even told me that it's under warranty for six months and gave us tips to make sure our drains stay clear. Thanks! I will surely use them again if Ihave any issues.
