Had an appt .did not show up or call.had another co. Come.out.cancelld my appt. They could care less.

Their service is amazing. Yes, you get a poopy window and have to wait for your service tech but that's the norm in this business. I wish I could remember the names of the all the gentlemen who came to my house to give them a shout out but I don't. My address is 422 east E, I hope whomever is manning the yelp account can find out who they are because they definitely deserve it. From every phone call to walking me through the issues and to solve the problem they were amazing and made sure I understood what was going on.

I had a broken pvc pipe in my crawl space. It started bad when I was told there would be nobody to come till the next day at 9am. I than got a text message at 8:45 that the service tech. was on his way. It took an additional 2 hours till he finally arrived. After his inspection he gave me an estimate of 4 hrs and $400 for parts. That was upsetting because I knew a pvc pipe about 10feet would only be about $15 at most, and was shocked that a ""professional plumber"" would take 4 hours to replace the pipe. The total estimate came out to $1,275. Long story short I did it myself for $15 and it only took an unprofessional a half hr

Robert Q. and Lance visited my home this evening. Our ONLY toilet for 4 people was in TROUBLE!!!
These two gentlemen arrived much sooner than I anticipated! They presented themselves with professionalism and courtesy. Their knowledge for a new home owner was exceptional.
Long story short, Robert and Lance were quick to teach an inform me. We're I ever to give anyone the drain specialist award, on this occasion it will be these two professionals.
Thank you!

Thomas was great! He was very polite and professional. He took the time to explain things to me. He did t have the correct part since it was late at night, but was able to find one that fit and explained everything to me so I could fix the rest of it later.

Do NOT call Roto-Rooter unless you like getting ripped off. They will price gouge you! They wanted $125 for a $13 water heater thermocouple, plus $250 for 15 minutes of work. I found a MUCH better plumber - Reasonable Rooter of Modesto - to do the job for $120 vs. the $375 Roto Rooter would have charged. They also told me it would cost $2500 for them to replace my water heater. They are crooks!

A huge thank you to Robert and his partner, Manuel, for the quick and efficient service today on our plugged drain. They came out quickly after the first initial call, got the job done, and left!! Very knowledgeable and super sweet! Explained everything they were doing and were flexible when we decided to change something. Not sure if it was pricey or not because we have never needed a plumber before now, but we are happy with their service!!

Omg, I thought I had a severe drainage problem Jacob Friesen came and was very friendly. He gave me his honest opinion and fyi me on some other things for maintenance. He didn't try to sell me on something I didnt need. Im so happy he came today in Stockton. I would recommend this company to anyone. Thanks again

SCAMMERS. Find someone else! NOT GOOD TO ELDERLY! DON'T HIRE!
Their employees are a bunch of crooks. My grandmother hired them to fix a leak (and only hired them b/c all other local plumbers were booked). My grandmother is hard of hearing and not really good with technology (this is important to the story). I'll try to keep things short. There was a leak in her bathroom, nothing super major but it was starting to soak the carpet a bit (it was a slow leak though). One guy showed up, looked at it and then several more men came and they stood around talking outside for quite a bit--idk what about (probably how to con this little old lady tbh). Anyways, when the guy explained things to her he'd never talk louder when asked or clearly/slower so she had a hard time understanding and he wouldn't let her read the contract. It was on a touch pad so she was having a bit of trouble with it and instead of helping her scroll through or whatever he'd just rush her to the end and scroll past everything. Whenever she'd ask about the price he'd brush her off, refuse to tell her and say don't worry about it your insurance will cover it (it didn't). So after a while he said that she's definitely got mold (she didn't) and they put these large, expensive, energy consuming heaters in this TINY, little bathroom (it's a super small bathroom with just a toilet, small shower and sink all in arm's length of each other) during a heatwave in the middle of the Californian summer.. They said they needed to dry it out before fixing the leak (idk how you plan to dry something while water continues to leak and soak what you're trying to dry.. seems kinda like an endless cycle--and it was). Even she questioned this and asked if leaving the fairly large, bathroom window open would work but, again, they brushed her off and she figured (imo, being too trusting) that they knew what they were doing. They set those up and left--it took like most the day for them to do all this (mostly b/c they just stood around forever). They told her they'd send guys out to check on it and they did a couple times at first but they'd never talk to her or give her any info. They'd just come look at the heater, check it was plugged in and leave. This slowed/stopped and she started to call constantly throughout the next couple of weeks asking them for updates and eventually to come and get these heaters, she didn't want to work with them anymore and was fed up with how long fixing one little leak was taking. They'd keep brushing her off, telling her to keep the heaters running and that they'll send someone out tomorrow--they never did, time and time again.
The only way this was ""resolved"" was my uncle eventually heard about this and came over and threw the heaters outside and called them up, angry at them (he's a big, intimidating guy). After he got after them they came and got their equipment. My uncle was also the one to fix the leak in the end and all it took was one new joint part on the pipe, a wall patch and about an hour or less of work (again he looked for mold and there was none--he works in construction and does handy man work for a living too so he knows what he's doing). Should note: She didn't ask my uncle to fix it to start with b/c she's very much someone who doesn't like to bother family to do stuff for free-knowing that my uncle wouldn't let her pay him for it--and he had just started a new fancy job so he was pretty busy himself.
About a month or so later they sent a bill to my grandmother trying to charge her $2500 for sending an excessive amount of men over to put in and run these ridiculous heaters (DURING A HEATWAVE--which had already shot up her electricity bill that month) for a couple weeks and never having even tried to fixed the leak--despite it being fixable in under an hour. They even claimed insurance paid her for the work when they absolutely didn't--the insurance even sent a letter saying they wouldn't cover it.. Now it's an entire ordeal.
Never work with them ever. Go to a small business. Even finding a YouTube video to fix it yourself would be better, easier and less stressful than dealing with these con artists.
