Mike came out at 9:00pm to my house in Olivehurst which is about 35 min from where he is located. He was respectful and honest. The job at hand was not easy but he stayed composed and got it done. If I ever need plumbing service again (which I'm sure I will) I will specifically be requesting he be the one to come out. I do not normally write reviews but I wanted to share my positive experience with Roto Rooter and the plumber that serviced my home. Michael was prompt, courteous and professional. He helped me understand the stubborn plumbing problem and how to help prevent potential future problems. Instead of just leaving after the first few rotos didn't clear the pipe, he was persistent and continued to roto and was able to clear the pipe. I would highly recommend Michael. Thank you Michael for the excellent service!

Note: appointment was scheduled late Saturday night for Sunday morning. I received a confirmation call Saturday night and a text on Sunday to let me know Michael was on his way. The tracking feature was great allowing time to rally up the pets. Great job!

Called Roto Rooter with a concern of backed up tubs and bubbling in the toilets. Mike arrived promptly and ready to resolve my issue. My service drain was hard to reach but he was able to make do with the available space and get the line snaked.
