One of my friend's kids cups got stuck in the drain while we were at our last day at her beach house in Avalon on a Saturday and Dale from Roto-rooter came out to assist. He got here within 2 hours and did the service in an hour. He was nice, personable and even gave us a discount! Although still a little pricey, we were very appreciative for him finding the best discount and being able to leave when expected!

Started out when I bought a new dishwasher and the place that I bought it was supposed to install it, well the people that were delivering it didn't because they said it wouldn't fit, left the dishwasher in my kitchen and left, called the store and they said they would reimburse me to have it installed so I called Roto Rooter the lady on the phone was nice and said they would come install it and someone would be their in 2 to 3 hours, I thought that's great I don't have to wait, I also asked her how much it would cost, she told me she didn't know and they would come look at it and give me a estimate. When the man came he quoted me $510 to unhook my old dishwasher and install the new one, holy cow $510, I only called them because my regular plumber was out of town, my plumber said unhooking and installing a dishwasher should only take a hour or hour and a half and if I could wait he would charge me between $150 to $200. Well I will never call Roto Rooter again they are a rip off, $510 to install a dishwasher that cost me $400. I asked the man why it was so much and they said the company makes the prices according to where you live, well I assure you I don't live in Beverly Hill, they are a rip off and I will make sure everybody I know knows they are.
