Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

We have had drain problems for years and kept putting band-aids on it. This time we called Roto-Rooter and Edgar and his manager came out and cleared the drain and used a camera to take a video of the real problem. Edgar took his time to explain the situation and showed us the video of the drain problem. This gave us the information we needed to finally make the decision to have the drain fixed once and for all. Edgar said that they could fix it the next day. This really surprised us because it was a Saturday during the heat wave and the temperature was over 100 degrees. They kept their promise and a two man team worked all day until it was fixed. They have been very responsive and even get back to us if it is their day off. They were super courteous and we would definitely recommend them to anyone who has drain problems.

Domingo #1113 came out assessed the problem and snaked main line. He was very courteous and helpful and explained everything that he was doing as he was doing it so that way we understood as well what was going on. After he got the clock removed he then got another tech out there Michael #165 he then use the camera and our pipes to see if there was any issues of tree roots are pipes breaking he showed us everything on the camera that he was doing and explained it to us as well they were both very courteous and professional people and we would definitely use their service again

I called to have a sewer drain cleared out. When the tec heard I had my own contractor to do the repairs, He tried to charge me $405.00 for about an hour of his time with a snake to clear the drain. Really?

Had a basement leak, they couldn't come the same night (after they initially said they would). When they came the next day, the plumber was very competent , knowledgeable and very helpful. He was able to fix the issue and answer all questions we had. Overall we were very satisfied with the service. A bit pricey but the 6 month warranty they provide might be part of why it's expensive.

Our sewer pipe burst 7 a.m., Saturday, 12/26. The service tech, Steve, was out only 45 minutes after we placed the service call. He was knowledgeable and courteous and fixed the immediate issue good enough so that we had service.
Although a little pricey, we were not in a position to obtain estimates since this was an emergency. Serviced us promptly. I would recommend Roto Rooter.

1. Had a scheduling issue that was resolved quickly by the company, which shows that they care about their customers'. I would both use Roto-Rooter again and recommend them to others. Very satisfied as a customer!

The low rating is for management and not the technician on the street, who repaired my leaking toilet in record time. The issue is that RR advertises emergency service, which is just not true. It took two DAYS to get said plumber to my house after I called and informed them TWICE that this was a serious problem. One destroyed kitchen ceiling (and possibly stove) and flooded basement later, the issue is resolved, but with damage that could have been avoided with appropriate manpower. The CS rep also said they would repair water damage they caused for free, which looks like it will not happen either.

9:45 PM Notice leak in basement, shower drain collar snapped
(All night tossed and turned thinking about the leak)

7:15 AM Called Roto and spoke to the the CSR who took my info (name, address, phone and email) indicated they could be there at 9:00 AM WOW!
7:16 AM Received a confirmation email indicating date/time of appointment and managers info.
8:45 AM Roto arrived, service tech was very friendly and professional, checked out the issue, made some recommendations, gave us options and went to get the parts.
9:20 AM Service tech returned with parts and got right to it and started making the repair.
9:50 AM Finished repair, check for leaks and filled out the service order $301.00
9:52 AM Roto guys was on his way to another job
9:53 AM PRICELESS!
