I would give negative stars if possible. Just moved into a home that was remodeled. Lower level bathroom flooded, called roto and they sent some techs out (extremely nice) to fix. They removed toilet and snaked drain to 40 ft (took 30 mins max) for the ""low cost""of $660. Then, they send camera dude who tells me to replace sewer lines immediately for the ""bargain"" cost of $9,500. I didn't feel comfortable shelling out that kind of $$ one week after buying home so I waited. Three days later drain clogged again, I called Roto back who said I had a 6 month ""guarantee"". They show up and tell me my guarantee is not longer guaranteed because I need to replace sewer line, however, they will snake it again for the ""low cost"" of $660 and subtract it from my sewer line replacement bill. At this point, it all seemed fishy, I reached out to a local plumber who told me to tell them to leave immediately, which I did. He came over spent almost 3 hours snaking drain to 130ft. I have had no issues what so ever since that time. The local plumber also said if I ever want to replace sewer line he would charge $4,200. Do not use this company. They work on commission (corporate mistake) and do not have customers best interest at heart. Really disappointing!

The last thing you want to have to deal with is an emergency plumbing issue late at night but they provided amazing customer service from start to finish. They kept us updated on when we can expect the plumber and he was right on time, within 2 hours of when we called in. Dan Morales was super friendly and explained everything he was doing. He got the job done pretty quickly and painlessly and went above and beyond by correctly remounting our toilet which was apparently installed wrong when our house was flipped. I hope I don't need a plumber again in the near future but if I do, I know who to call.

Live in moorestown. Not sure office location. Suppose to be here between 4 and 5. At 450 recieved a call be 20 minutes. Now 545 and no show..no call. Called back and whomever answered said they are in route. Nope. If cant come out for an estimate on time. We cant see trusting anything pertaining to the job . It was a new sewer line..
A big job. Need a reliable company.

This company will take advantage of you if you don't know a lot about pluming. I was charged $469.15 for one guy to clear a clog in a pipe which took him about 10 minutes. Don't let them take advantage of you like they did with me.

The plumber was professional and did good work installing 1 faucet but his Roto-Rooter office didn't schedule enough time for him to complete the entire job. (I was glad he didn't have time once he gave me the estimate!) The plumber arrived at 3pm and said he was off work at 4 or 4:30. When we made the appointment it was for their plumber to install 5 faucets and the scheduler should have known that more time was required. The plumber quoted us a price of $2,100.00 for all 5 faucets but said he could only do 1 at such a late time in the day. I let him install the 1 faucet since we had no running water and was charged $380. I called around and found there were other independent master plumbers who would charge $140-$175 a faucet. Roto-Rooter does guarantee their work for a year. Still it's just a faucet install, not major plumbing work and this Roto-Rooter under schedules the time needed for its jobs and overcharges. I used the independent plumbers for the installation of the other 4 faucets and paid about $700 in total. I'm taking off one star for this Roto-Rooter office under scheduling our job and taking off another star for overcharging.

This is the first time that I had used Roto Rooter for any service. I had my entire basement flood because of a septic backup Roto Rooter was not my first call it was to a local plumber who did not get back to me for a couple of hours, by then Roto Rooter was already here fixed the spectic issues and had a team of people here cleaning up the mess. I went from not knowing what I was going to do to having a house back in livable condition for my family within 6 hours. I will use this company again not only in a disaster but for more proactive service. Thank You for all that help Mike Schintz Swedesboro NJ

The township I live in had some sort of sewer blockage that forced the main sewer line in my basement to back up and burst. My basement ended up totally flooded with 2 inches of water on the floor. Talk about a disgusting mess! Despite this all happening on a Sunday, Roto-Rooter was able to get a supervisor out to my house within 30-minutes to evaluate everything. Within another 30-minutes a crew of 6+ guys were at my house taking care of the plumbing issues and performing the clean up. Roto-Rooter did a great job on everything. They put a huge effort on not contaminating any other areas of the house while working, and were able to finish the entire job on the same day. My wife and I were very happy with the great level of service provided!

I had a major plumbing issue complete with a flooded basement on Thanksgiving Day. Frantic, I called Roto Rooter and had a technician at my house within an hour. While I missed Thanksgiving dinner with my family, I had several Roto Rooter professionals helping me throughout the day and night to solve the issue and clean up the mess...quickly and courteously. I honestly couldn't believe I was able to experience that level of help and service on a holiday! It was such a huge relief. Everyone was fantastic but I want to particularly thank John Amerman, restoration manager, for his time and attention.I will call them again in a heartbeat.

The tech was friendly that came. However..... Did not do all that he promised. Said he would scope drains for blockages for free and didn't. Had to replace a toilet due to it leaking. Bought a brand new toilet from lowes and now after the installation its leaking worse then the first toilet. Called them up to get them to come out and they won't come out till morning for an active leak they caused by not installing it properly. 24 hrs to them means they have a call center that will take your call not that they will come out any time of night. beware.
