I made an appointment due to having leakeage on my waste line.
The appointment was made for 7/9 2pm-4pm.

I called at 3:30pm to follow up and confirm arrival of the technician, just to be told they are no longer coming due to an ""emergency service"". HORRIBLE service. I have been patiently waiting since Sunday night (7/7) and the fact that I HAD to call for status instead of them letting me know its really disappointing.

Way over priced and not very friendly. Tried them a few times. The work was good, however they try to sell on ultra costly service for a something you dont need . They are individually owned so your playing russian roulette with who shows up to your door. Stick with the local guy.

Had an emergency sewer line issue. Completely blocked and backing up into the bathroom.
Called Roto-Rooter and spoke with Lauren. She was very nice, professional and put my mind at ease very quickly. I was impressed that she had all of my information from the last time I needed their service...in 2005!
That's right! The last time I needed my sewer unblocked Roto-Rooter cleaned it out and it stayed clear for almost 19 years!
Lauren informed me a technician would respond within two hours.
Ten minutes later, I received a call back and was informed a technician was on the way.
Ten minutes after that call...Franklin arrived.
I was very impressed with Franklin. He was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and apparently very experienced. He got right to work and cleared out my main sewer line in under twenty minutes. No fuss...no mess...no issues.
Ten minutes after Franklin left...Frank M. arrived to put a camera in my sewer line to check for any problems. I was surprised that this service was included in the price.
Again, I was very impressed with Frank. Also very friendly, knowledgeable and apparently experienced. We both viewed the screen as he put the camera through the line and Frank explained everything.
So...I called Roto-Rooter at 10am, Franklin arrived at 10:20am, and was done at 10:40am! Amazing service! Very much worth the price.
This was an emergency situation for me. I didn't want to risk bad service for a lower price. Bottom line....you get what you pay for! Excellent response, excellent service, excellent technicians, excellent results!
I highly recommend Roto-Rooter.

Fast reliable & very reasonably priced service compared to all the other estimates that I got which was two others. He was half the price of both other estimates and gave me a longer warranty.

John Sterling came to my house to fix some major drainage problems. I was so impressed with his knowledge and honesty. He went above and beyond. This was the first time I ever used Roto Rooter, and I will definitely be using them again.

My daughter dumped rice down my kitchen sink. I was sick and asked her to cook for me. She was lazy with the dishes.
I went on my town Facebook page. The first recommendation was for Roto Rooter.
They came very quickly and were responsive.
The guy fixed the problem easily.
He did tell me the cost. I tried to bargain him down
But it only saved $20 in the end.
I have a feeling I was badly ripped off! If I had to do it over again, I would compare prices. I was in such haste to get my sink working that I took the first plumber recommended to me. Big mistake!

I've been using them for years and they have never failed me. They unclog the pipes quickly and they do not rip you off. Nice guys too.
