Maybe they're great if they actually show up. They've been scheduled 3 times now, giving me a window of 4 hours, and haven't shown up at all. I've severely inconvenienced myself and I hope that no one will do the same. I highly recommend a local service that communicates and is reliable.

We called this place when our pipes burst during a really cold weekend. The calls are forwarded to their call center and the girl who took my call was very professional. She took all my info and to my surprise, a local Roto-Rooter plumber returned my call within minutes. He was friendly as well but informed me that they only handle commercial clients in this area, meaning they do not make house calls. Oh well. They still get 3 stars for responding and being professional and courteous.

I had a slow draining kitchen sink and Roto-Rooter wanted to charge me $600 to clear the clog. They said this was their standard fee....they blamed it on inflation. I refused to have them do the work and found a local sewer/drain cleaning service that did it for $190. Roto-Rooter used to be good but they are now a total scam.....what a rip off!!

My tenants had a running toilet and the job took about 30 mins & first 10 mins was to blame I didn't have a parking space for service guy (the job was in the city). He fixed the issue - parts was 27 dollar but he charged 500 bucks for the whole job. It's expensive. Also, the appointment coordinator was not great. The first time they called and asked if they could come earlier I told them I could be there 11:50 (our schedule was 12-4p). Nobody showed up and I wasted my afternoon waiting for some update. I will never use them again.

I had a toilet leak and just needed someone convenient and fast. Roto Rooter was perfect. Although they may be more expensive than other options, they were extremely upfront about their pricing. Kyle, the plumber, was straightforward about how he identified the problem and how he was going to fix it. I felt very comfortable with him working on the toilet while my partner and I worked from home. Highly suggest!

They are the worst. We had a toilet that won't stop running. The earliest appointment was a week ahead. We had to run up and down continuously shutting the main water line for a week to stop wasting water down the running toilet. They never showed up on the scheduled day. After calling till the last minute, they rescheduled the next day. When I called the next day to confirm, they said it was scheduled for the day after by mistake. I talked to a manager named Dave who promised to give me a callback in 15 minutes that never happened. After calling again they said the appointment was for the same day and they will come. Again, no one came that day either. I was stuck at home for two days waiting for them for nothing. Worst experience ever.

I wrote a note two month ago, but seems you did not pay attention. in Feb 10th. 2022 we called your service and you sent the plumber who said it may not fix, if happened , call office. just one month later the problem came again, we called Tom, same person came, who said the main pipe has a belly , to fix it probably to dig the yard in front of the house. I directly discussed to owner Steve who agreed to send people to check again but never show up. He agreed that if nobody to come we will not pay the bill. Furthermore for draining clear has 90 days guarantee, why keep to send us bill. Very disappointed experience since we use Kirkland over 18 years. Even though We still paid $285 for 2/10 service.
when in May the blockage happened again and again, I borrow a 30 ft snake to work with, finally we hired a professional (Dr. Drain) who only worked 30 min, charged us $180, and said it is commmon, there is nothing to do with any main drain problem at all.
I received your bill again and again which made my very angry , I have to write the complain to you. You charged twice $285x2, in two months, did not solve problem, do not want to keep fixing the problem, that is not Kirkland we used to work with.

I am grateful for this company and the service gentlemen that came out from 5/22-5/25 to fix my pipe jam problem. Both service workers were professional and knew their job! They were in tuned and sensitive to my needs- knowing that I was expecting 50 guests within the hours that I needed their services. The problems were rectified and they were amazing to come to assist!

Called for a 32$ replacement, tech showed up 3.5 hrs late, and charged me 339$ for 15 min of work.

BEWARE! They charge a flat rate of 339$. And was not told upfront how much the cost was going to be.
