I am absolutely BLOWN away by the service I received from Roto-Rooter. Scott had a huge job coming in -- my house was built in 1960 and I sometimes like to call the pipes antique. The job was done efficiently.. I'm completely satisfied and will continue to use their services.

I called around 6:00PM. They gave me a window of 10:00-2:00AM. I needed my kitchen sink fixed so I agreed to the time. To my great surprise, they call about 9:00 and said someone could be here in a 1/2 hour. Dave Solomon was great. Gave me an estimate, I agreed to it, fixed the problem, explained how to use the clean drain stuff and was out of here by 10:30. Very professional, very nice and very competent. Would not hesitate to call them again for anything.

I had a flooded basement and Tom (#760) responded. He was friendly, and quick to diagnose the drain problem. He explained everything really well and had my drain working enough to clear the water. I ended up having them replace my drain, and while it was an expensive fix, they were able to get it scheduled quickly which was important as I was trying to sell my house. I highly recommend Tom and Roto-Rooter for the utmost in professional service.
