My main line was backing up into my basement any time large amounts of water had been used (e.g bathtub or washing machine draining).

I called after the second instance, and they were able to get a plumber here to snake it right away the next morning. After an hour or so, I was informed the snake was getting stuck, and he had to call a camera guy in. Camera guy informs me that tree roots have damaged my line and a 30' section needs to be replaced to the tune of over 9k.

I called a small local company for a second opinion. It wasn't tree roots - the line itself was broken and everything was draining into the dirt, hence the backflow when there was more water than could be quickly absorbed. They recommended the same amount of line be replaced, but for half the price.

Untrustworthy. Called for a clogged drain. Tech came. Unclogged the drain then used a camera. Told 5400 would fix the problem so we gave the go ahead. Now we have water backing up in our home. When called they say that the service tech who ""sold"" us has now been fired (terry reeh) because of lying. Terry told us his boss pat's wife just had a baby and would call us asap. Lie. Pat's too old to get it up. He told me that himself and that He fired Terry because of his dishonesty. Pat knows Terry is a liar. Pat hired Terry. Pat is responsible for his employees. We would NOT have paid 5400 to only fix part of the problem. Pat tries to intimidate by taking a female into an office with their MALE assistant and close the door. The entire office was empty but still felt the need to close the door. Trying to intimidate me. It's not over pat!!!
