Kyle came out late on a Friday for a backed up sink. He couldn't get it so rescheduled for the following week. Kyle came back and although it was a rough job he kept calm and professional. Although they are a bit pricey they have not failed me yet on service or quality.

What ever you do call someone else and pray they have a ethical person working. Don't fall for the free estimate you will pay and will still have a problem. I would give a -0 if I could.

Called rotorooter when the other company who installed the last pump wouldn't show up. Plumber Justin provided free estimate with several options to save me money. As the customer, I appreciated that. I took his advise and purchased my own pump and had another plumber Rick with rotorooter install it. It was around 90 degrees out and he kept working at it until my septic system was up and running. Professional job and they talked me through entire process. I am pleased with their work and wouldn't hesitate to call again if I felt I couldn't handle the job myself.

I had a slow leak in the hall way leading to the garage and dreaded that it was a slab leak. Of course I researched and looked things up to get an idea of tbe damage to my wallet. I finally broke down and called the rooter. They gad someone out in 2 hrs on the same day with an estimate ready 30 mins later. As it turned out my water heater finally ruptured. It seems it had been there since 1990 when the housecwas orginally built. All in all the cost was reasonable and they had me cleaned up with a new heater and parts 2 hrs after showing up. Really happy with the job.

We've waited over two weeks to get our job done. Our back yard is saturated in waste and we were told our issue would be considered urgent. Finally, today, I get a phone call from Roto Rooter, except that I missed it because I was getting my toddler up for the day. I called back as soon as I realized I missed them, 15 minutes later, only to hear a condenscending tone on the other end say, ""Mhm, I already sent the technician on another job. You'll have to reschedule."" It was as if she had said, ""You should've answered me the first time."" It has been nothing but this kind of service since our property manager hired them for the job. It is in my experience that Roto Rooter is full of incompetent people who talk down to you and want you to grovel at their feet before they come do the job they've been called to do. Avoid them unless you don't have a better option and make sure you glue your phone to you and keep it on loud. You get only get one opportunity before you get shoved to the back of the line, never mind how urgent your issue truly is.

Do not call for service!! We hired them last week and had a scheduled appointment day of Friday. On Friday afternoon, I received a call from an employee, who was clearly upset, and stated that our tenant had called them for an arrival update. She stated they had too many call on Friday and it would be Saturday. I asked if they communicated that to the tenant. I called this morning to verify that the repair had been made Saturday and the owner stated no. They didn't even go out to the property or both to call the one who HIRED them, us. Total disgrace for Onslow County businesses. Poor communication and follow up. If you are too busy to service calls- then DONT MAKE THEM. You cannot treat people poorly and then get mad when they are upset with being forgotten or pushed to the side. Ridiculous business practices.

These people kept me waiting for HOURS and then didn't show up that day. When the plumber finally did appear (the next day) he had only TWO MONTHS experience! Naturally, he couldn't solve my problem so he had to call his supervisor. I expected the supervisor the next day, waited HOURS, and then he never showed!

So glad we went with this company. I called with an issue and they came out the next day. The plumber (Scott) was very friendly and professional, did a great job, and cleaned up before he left. Great pricing too.

Very pleasant and accomidating on the phone, however there is little follow through on the actual service. On two separate occassions, I have called to schedule appointments for two different issues and both time resulted in being cancelled on at the last minute with the offer to ""reschedule"" the next day. Unfortunately with their last appointments at 1530 that means time off work for me. Wasted my time once and tried them again wasted my time again (even put my credit card on file with them to hopefully ensure service). Will not try them again.

If anyone knows a good plumber in the area point me in the right direction.
