Emergency services needed after hours, they called me back within 10 minutes! Arrived about 30 minutes later and had us fixed and ready to go within 2 hours. It was a really nasty job that Bill handled like a pro! Thank goodness there are people who take care of us in this way, so necessary, and much appreciated!

Had a leak on my toilet, no one would call me back! Roto rooter was there within 30 minutes, they sent a very knowledgeable technician Andrew Daley, he was polite kind and helpful!! Wrote up a estimate which I couldn't afford right then and there, he still went over everything and went out of his way to ensure I was satisfied. highly recommended

I had a pipe burst and flooded most of my kitchen and bedroom, and I called roto rooter, they took care of things in a timely manner, and the employees were respectful as well as punctual. The two stars goes to upper management/financing this was supposed to all be covered through USAA, and I was informed that USAA would cover the cost of the repairs. Roto Rooter did not get the amount they asked for so. Abby who led me to believe that things would be taken care of, so I signed papers agreeing to cover any amount not covered by insurance not expecting this major inconvenience to get worse, but now owe 1400 dollars that USAA is not going to pay.

My garbage disposal wasn't working and I contacted RR on a Saturday morning. Heather called me back to schedule an appointment for the following day. A couple hours later she called and said someone could be here in 30 minutes. Justin was polite and knowledgeable and was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly. I highly recommend them.

In the middle of the night I woke up to a puddle in my master bathroom and after calling their emergency line to set an appointment I was immediately contacted back. It took them 30 minutes to come out and address the issue and they were able to fix the entire problem. I am highly satisfied and would be definitely calling them again.

Kyle came out late on a Friday for a backed up sink. He couldn't get it so rescheduled for the following week. Kyle came back and although it was a rough job he kept calm and professional. Although they are a bit pricey they have not failed me yet on service or quality.

What ever you do call someone else and pray they have a ethical person working. Don't fall for the free estimate you will pay and will still have a problem. I would give a -0 if I could.

Called rotorooter when the other company who installed the last pump wouldn't show up. Plumber Justin provided free estimate with several options to save me money. As the customer, I appreciated that. I took his advise and purchased my own pump and had another plumber Rick with rotorooter install it. It was around 90 degrees out and he kept working at it until my septic system was up and running. Professional job and they talked me through entire process. I am pleased with their work and wouldn't hesitate to call again if I felt I couldn't handle the job myself.

I had a slow leak in the hall way leading to the garage and dreaded that it was a slab leak. Of course I researched and looked things up to get an idea of tbe damage to my wallet. I finally broke down and called the rooter. They gad someone out in 2 hrs on the same day with an estimate ready 30 mins later. As it turned out my water heater finally ruptured. It seems it had been there since 1990 when the housecwas orginally built. All in all the cost was reasonable and they had me cleaned up with a new heater and parts 2 hrs after showing up. Really happy with the job.
