Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

3 guys came out and spent 45 minutes here trying to decide what to do about my toilet and ended up not doing anything. Literally. They told me it was a septic tank problem and to call someone else in the morning (which would have been Sunday). They told me not to use any water in the meantime. Plumber came out Monday morning and fixed my clogged toilet in 5 minutes!!! The 3 guys Roto-Rooter sent out could have unclogged my toilet 9 times in the time they were here talking about it and I wouldn't have needlessly gone 2 days without water!!! (And I did call someone about the septic tank - it was fine)! Thank you to Cliff's Plumbing for doing what Roto-Rooter wasn't willing to do!!

They are almost always the most expensive option. Will not quote you without paying them first. Are not the plmbers themselves. They are just getting referral fees.

Very nice and took care of our issue. Will highly recommend their service. We tried to resolve this on our own and when we got no where I am glad they were there for us even on a Sunday !!

Unbeknown to me, I had roots in my sewer line causing a backup into my tub and leaking from under the toilet. I called RR because they've been around for a long time and they offered free estimates -- and Thank God! because they were extremely expensive. I was able to find an upstart plumbing company who also did free estimates and charged me a FRACTION of the cost RR was going to charge me. RR quoted me over $800 with the option of charging more if conditions were found to be more involved than initially believed. The upstart plumbing company charged me less than $300. That's been a little over 5-6 years and I haven't had a problem since.

I don't understand how RR has been in business all these years charging those prices. People must have money to burn -- shoot, give me some if you've got money to, literally, throw down the drain. Comparison shopping is not a dirty word nor is it a sin. It would behoove you to do your due diligence and save yourself some dough.

My landlord had roto rooter come out to unclog my toilet. Did they get the job done? Yes. Were they professional is doing no? No. Make sure if you hire these guys you get everything that can possibly get dirty out of the way and lay old towels down on your carpet or you will be having to spend more money once they leave. I now have to replace my brand new hamper I've had for less than a week and rewash clean clothes that were in my laundry room, as well as clean my carpets.

Ronnie from Roto-Rooter came out Monday afternoon/evening and told us exactly what was wrong, found some illegal plumbing and told us exactly how he planned to fix it. Even gave us an estimated quote. Told us he would be back Tuesday at 9:30 am. He showed up at 9:28 and immediately got to work. He was quick, efficient and kept us up to date on everything he did. He was so helpful, nice and honest with us. He finished around 4:30 PM, cleaned up everything and made it look better than before. It was an absolute pleasure to get to know Ronnie and for his quick and awesome work. Will absolutely be using Ronnie for all plumbing needs.
