Michael P.Horrible service scheduling an appointment!! I scheduled an appointment on line and waited for a confirmation email that never came. When i called early in the morning, the lady that answered said that she did indeed receive my on line request and that i was scheduled for repair men to come between 10-12 , I requested 8-10am! No one came until after 2pm after numerous calls to the office to see what was going on! I was given the typical run around and then was told they were sent to wrong address! Totally unacceptable! It is mow 7 pm and the workers said another 3 hours! I will never refer this company to anyone!
