Roto Rooter advertises they offer the best service and that they are availed 24 hours a day. I had a major emergency at my house with sewage backing up and coming out from under my toilets and my showers. The call center took my call at 8:15 in the evening promised a call back at 9 called them again said had no call back the women said she would ensure I got a call. At9:30 called again and said still no call she said she would put it in again and finally called again at 10 and she said don't know why we had not gotten a call. I contacted another local plumbing company got immediate e mails and text telling what time a crew would be here. They came and did excellent work if you contact Roto-Rooter for anything other than possibly during regular business hours all I can say is I hope you don't have an emergency.

I'm staying with family in Mooresville, NC while I'm visiting from out of town. Saturday evening they had a water leak under the kitchen sink with water spraying everywhere. They called three different plumbers with no answer and left messages on voicemails. As they were waiting for return calls from those plumbers, I recommended my go to plumbing company Roto-Rooter. A live person answered who she gave all the information to about the leak. Within 10 minutes of that call a Manager named Shawn called us back and arranged the scheduled service. Within the hour from that call the plumber called to inform us he was on the way and arrived 40 minutes later. It was around 8:30 PM when he arrived and was done before 10:00. The plumber Jacob was extremely nice and professional and gave my sister advice on what she could expect in the future with her older plumbing. It's now Monday morning and my sister still hasn't received a call back from the other plumbing companies she left voicemails for. Again, great job Roto-Rooter! Nice having a national company I / we can depend on.

Roto Rooter provided fabulous service on a Sunday. Our technician worked diligently all the while with a smile. We had a quite a large plumbing issue that required patience and problem solving that our technician tackled with ease. Will call again!

These guys are a class act! I don't usually take the time to write these reviews but I was so satisfied with the whole experience that I felt it was necessary to pay it forward to the next person who is trying to make a good decision here. When i called their number provided the owner answered the phone, was able to squeeze me in the same day and repair my plumbing issue which involved frozen pipes due to the unseasonably cold weather we have had. By the time I got home from work everything was fixed and he even called me back later that night to follow up and make sure I was pleased with the repair and service provided. I won't hesitate to call them again should I ever need a plumber.

In all my years of needing to use plumbers, I have never had a better experience than I had with Dan and his Roto-Rooter team. First if all, my call was answered by a dispatcher whom I knew immediately cared about me and getting resolution for my problem. The plumbers showed up at my home within an hour, gave me a written quote, and started the repair. These folks are NOT the typical corporate plumbing contractors we've had to deal with in the past. They kept me informed, worked through their normal lunch time, and let me know they really appreciated my business all at a lower cost than what I thought I was going to have to pay. Dan, the Owner/Manager, used to operate as an independent. So, he was much more customer focused than I ever would have expected.
