I'd give 0 stars if I could. Guy came out and barely did anything and charged us a fortune. He scoped not even 10 feet of pipe to tell us our septic was full. Was lied to multiple times what the final price would be. Manager there was absolutely no help and obviously doesn't care about the business. They should be clearer on their prices and services then taking advantage of the homeowner.

Our upstairs toilet tank was pouring water & we were unable to completely shut water off. It flooded into our kitchen coming through the ceiling into our cabinets. We called Roto-Rooter before 8 am when they open. Received call back after 8 & was told a plumber would come between 3-5 pm. Received call from office @4:45 pm informing a plumber would be here within next 40 minutes & would call back. Never received call back. When we called a plumber called back saying we weren't scheduled. Needless to say no one came!!

In February of this year, I called Roto-Rooter to unclog the bathroom drains for me. They sent someone out right away- K. Graves, because he had a cancellation. He originally quoted me around $450, then increased it to $780 when he decided he would have to level the piping outside. He partially unclogged the drain, left in the middle of his work, with the doors to the back of the van flying open. He uttered no word to me about why he was leaving. About 45 minutes later, he returned, and went up on the roof. After being at home all day, waiting around 3-4 hours for him to do this, he finally was done. Then claimed he would have to add """"a couple more hundred bucks to the bill since he had to do some extra work."""" I told him that he KNEW that was not right or fair to me. He should have communicated the extra fees BEFORE he went up to the roof to do the work. He did finally complete the work, but his customer service was awful. He was extremely rude and unhelpful, and I felt that he was dishonest about the cost of his labor. I called the office to write a formal complaint; it does not seem that they took that seriously. I would NOT RECOMMEND using their services for the GULFPORT, MS area. Try to find someone else, please! Save yourself a major headache.

Don't use this company!! We called early on Monday, was told the earliest they could make it was 2 pm on Tuesday. We told them it was an emergency, and really needed them to come out as soon as possible. Since Sunday, we have had raw sewage coming up in our front yard and can't run any water. We have all toilets almost overflowing and haven't been able to wash clothes or dishes. I kept calling multiple times after the technician failed to show. I was promised a technicIan was coming but he never showed. I finally gave up at 6 pm on Tuesday and called them to say that I would call another company. I should have given up on them on Monday and called someone who could come out rather than have waited on them.

VERY happy customer!! The office staff is top notch and soooo responsive & helpful! Then Mike came out and cleared a backup for my tenant and made my day! He also noticed a loose tub handle while there and fixed that quickly as well. I usually don't call big name franchises bc of all the fees, but that wasn't the case at all. Reasonable, fair, dependable - what else do you need!? This my Ocean Springs plumber from now on!

It's a shock when you buy a house only to find out a month later that the shower is draining slow and the toilet starts to back up. Add to that terra-cotta pipes that are 100 years old and it's a recipe for disaster. Past handyman work from the previous owners only made things worse.......until Josh (and Kurt) came along. Although it was a bigger job that we expected, Josh walked me through it every step of the way (better than any YouTube video as I watched over his shoulder) and he worked until after dark on 2 separate days. He even came back at 10pm (after coming from another large job) to hydro-jet and clear out our main line. I can't say enough about the guys. We spent more than what we initially hoped for but they ran into issues that none of us expected. Large conglomerates usually charge premium fees so I tend to shy away from them however these guy really took care of us and in the end it was very fair. I would recommend Josh (and Kurt) and this particular Roto-Rooter to anyone needing a great plumber.

I'm posting this review for my mother Lisa Bouis and the work that Roto-Rooter employees did at her house in Bay Saint Louis. Johnny (100) and Mike (136) did a great job. We were baffled when water started coming up from our living room floor due to bad pipes and a crack in the foundation. Johnny came in and gave us an estimate on it and told us that it would be better to reroute the piping rather than replacing the piping under the foundation. As such, it came out to be cheaper than what we expected. When Johnny and Mike came a few days later to work on the job they were done in just six hours! Far less time than we all expected. Throughout the whole process they were polite and professional, answered any questions we had and addressed any concerns we had. Overall a very positive process, I'd be happy to hire them again or recommend them to friends.

Lucky did a great job repairing my shower drain. I have used the company several times in the past and the techs have always been professional. Pascagoula customers be aware you are charged a $45 service call for being out of the area. I may try to find a local plumber in the future because of this.
