Not pleased with RR!! They replaced a connection from my copper waterline to the pvc coming from the road last year, and the connection has already failed. I dug it up myself to find water shooting out of the connection. They were not willing to offer me any kind of discount to come back out and fix it again even though I have already dug it up myself. Honestly, I am not sure I would want them to come back, even if they would do it for free because I do not trust the quality of their work!

On Saturday June 12th Roto Rooter service technician in Jackson MS was sent out to fix the faucet on the tub that kept running even when turning the handle to off position. The technician came out and reported that the stem needed to be replaced but couldnt perform the fix until Monday as he didn't have the part and the part center Roto Rooter uses isnt open till Monday. As I understand, the part needed is a common part. Why wasnt that part available to the technician through Roto Rooter and if it wasnt, why wouldn't the technician go to Homedepot where the part could be bought right away? Allowing the faucet to run all weekend wasn't a good solution so I had to pay the service fee $53.95 and get another company to fix it.

As a first time homeowner repairs can be a little scary sometimes especially if you don't know a company with a good reputation to call. One night all of the pipes in our house backed up, so I hopped on Yelp to find a plumber in the area. I saw Roto-Rooter had good reviews, so I gave them a call. I'm so glad I did! Two plumbers were out first thing in the morning to fix our drainage problem. They were both fast and very kind. I can't really say much about the prices since I've never had work done on my home before. I would highly recommend Roto-Rooters for their great service though!

I had a pop off valve on a hot water heater that leaked. On a Saturday afternoon. They came right out and took care of it quickly. I was very happy about the quick service. The price was a little high, but worth it, on a Saturday afternoon..

Excellent, upstanding plumbing service with courteous service folks. Quick response time and solved my issue. No more clogged up sink.

Horrible horrible horrible service. Use at your own risk Just warning you, they will over over over charge you for very little work.

I called to scheduled an appointment to have someone check out some plumbing issues at my rental property. I confirmed this was a rental property when specifically asked by the individual scheduling my appointment. He then got my phone and credit card number and assured me that all communication regarding billing would go through me. When I told him I would not be on the property at the time of service, I was also assured I would be contacted with a quote before they began any services. I discovered they'd completed services when I received a receipt for $600 via email. No one contacted me, the card holder, prior to proceeding with the transaction. I've received an apology followed by excuses as to why this was a misunderstanding and not necessarily their fault, so now I'm just out $600 for a service I may not have even wanted rendered and an apology that does absolutely nothing to make it right.

These guys have great customer service. They were very flexible and came out to my rental property right away. As an out of state owner, I certainly appreciate finding a company that I can be sure will do all the work that I contract. I would not hesitate to recommend these guys, especially to out of state landlords.

I called Roto-Rooter to come out to My House, a few months ago, and to replace a shut off valve, that was underneath the Bathroom Sink...I thought that the Price was too high, and decided not to have them do the Work...Meanwhile, the Service Guy asked me to sign a contract with them, afterwards, even though they didn't do any work. Also, He said that signing the Paperwork """"This was a """"Standard Company Policy, for all of their customers, and that they had to sign even if they didn't do the Work."""" ...Well, needless to say, I ended up signing the Contract, but, he failed write """"Zero"""", on the Paperwork, where the Total Amount was shown. (In fact, the Column for the Dollar Amount, was left blank, until I had called their Main Headquarters, to have them to correct the Paperwork, and give me another copy.) Thank goodness for Headquarter! (Please note: Never Sign the Paperwork, afterwards, if they fail to do the Work, because it could come back to bite you in the But, later on!)

I called yesterday afternoon (07/13/2018) at around 3:00 p.m. and requested a plumber because I had a slow draining toilet, possibly due to a ninja turtle stuck in the toilet...who knows. I spoke to Marcus who was very courteous and professional. Since it was a slow drain and not an emergency, I told Marcus that anytime next week would be fine. He said next week would not be necessary, that they have technicians who work on Saturday and that a tech could see me on Saturday morning sometime between 8:00 a.m. and noon. Well around 8:15 a.m. this morning (07/14/2018) I received a call from a very nice lady at Roto-Rooter (I didn't catch her name) who told me the tech was on his way and should be here shortly. Within about 45 minutes, two technicians arrived...Terrance and his other brother Terrance. Both were extremely professional and courteous as well. I expected nothing less out of RR's technicians. I would say that both of those men represents RR very well and management should be extremely proud of them. They got to work immediately and had the issue resolved in no time flat. The price was very reasonable at $175 to include tax. Keep in mind, they came to repair my toilet on a beautiful Saturday morning, without a cloud in the sky and in the middle of July. They could have been fishing at the Reservoir, which is where I'm now headed. By the way, it was just as I had suspected, there was something lodged in the pee trap of the toilet...probably that dastardly ninja turtle. You may be asking yourself, why didn't you rent a """"snake"""" and do it yourself? First off, I'll do a lot of things but plumbing is not one of them. I leave it to the professionals. Secondly, if it had been a much worse problem, the guys were already here to handle it. I consider myself lucky. Great job guys!!! Management..give these men a raise.
