I had a leak under my kitchen sink that went undetected for an amount of time and a bad mold problem arose because of it. I contacted them and after looking at it I was told a team would be there either that night or the following morning to begin the removal process. I was then completely ghosted by the company as not only did the team fail to show up but nobody would answer the phones when I called and texts went ignored. The entire day was wasted waiting for those people to show up. If you really want your problem fixed then STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. As I was typing a review I was contacted and told that somebody did show up and try to call but got no answer. This was a complete and utter lie. I was home all day and my phone did not ring once. So on top of being lazy they are also liars.

Called at 7:00 am on a Friday about garbage disposal being backed up which was causing my sink to be backed up and not usable. They said a technician would call between 2-5 pm that afternoon when they were on the way. At 3:30 I had not gotten a call so I called to check and be sure still on the schedule and they said they would check and call me back. Then at 4:00 I got a call that unfortunately the technician was stuck on a call and would not be coming out at all and would I like to schedule for Monday? i asked if they had something available for Saturday because I didn't want to let my sink sit with drain water in it and not be usable in til Monday. She said no sorry he doesnt work on weekends so basically her response was that I was SOL and there wasnt a thing they could do about it. I felt this was very poor customer service to have someone wait all day on a Friday and then to be told oh well sorry. I had to call somewhere else at that point and pay extra for after hours service. Bad experience.
