If I could give zero stars, I would!! Do not call this company. They were supposed to come yesterday to unhook our faucet for our countertop installation. They called at 4:00 p.m. to say that they could not come. We had them scheduled five days in advance! They were scheduled to come today to hook our new faucet up and turn our gas back on. We called twice today to make sure they were not going to cancel on us at the last minute again. They assured us that they would not. Sure enough, it is 4:30 p.m. and they just called to say that they cannot come out today. This place is awful. Steer clear. Do yourself a favor and call a different plumber. They are NOT reliable!!!!

Fast and efficient for a toilet clog.

Wasn't equipped to handle a more complex issue with a toilet that was continuously running, but for the clog was very good.

I had a terrible experience with Roto-Rooter and will not be using their services again. I was told a technician would arrive between 6-10 PM. Throughout the evening, I received multiple texts and calls (all from different numbers which made it very confusing and scammy) assuring me they were just experiencing ""small delays"" and that I was next in line. I even spoke with someone directly and made it clear I didn't care how late it was--I just needed someone out that night because my basement drain was flooding.

Eventually, I received a text saying a technician was available. I responded six minutes later, only to find out my appointment had been canceled. Apparently, you have to respond within three minutes, but they never tell you this upfront. When I called to complain, the person on the phone even admitted that the 3-minute window was a ""bad system.""

This is a total failure in communication and customer service. When someone's dealing with an emergency, they need reliability--not a tech system that punishes them for not having their phone in hand every second. Do better, Roto-Rooter. I would give 0 stars if I could. I would never recommend anyone use Roto-Rooter

Do not use them!! Only use them if you do not care about time constraints! If you have all day to wait for a no show scheduled appointment! Use them only if you were raised by wolves. :(

Got everything accomplished in one visit. Everything was explained to me and I was able to select what I wanted to do.

Plumber was patient and thorough and answered my questions & my husband's questions.Great experience!

Overcharged for a service done before. I don't even thought that an unclogged a pipe service would cost me 702.00 dlls when in the past I paid less than 300.00! Ridiculous! I feel like this company took advantage of me. Next time I will look for a more honest company. I know the technician work for commissions but this was so expensive for less than 1 hour service call.

They cancelled on me twice after making me sit and wait. The first time they gave me a 4 hour window and called me at the end of it to cancel and reschedule. Fine, stuff happens. The next day I sit and wait my new 4 hour window again..... 30 minutes pass the window I call them. They tell me I'm next on the list and they will be right there. 3 hours later they call me to cancel again and had the audacity to want to reschedule. I was going to use them because they had a good reputation. Judging by the other reviews I see here, I'm not the only one to learn otherwise.

Please use someone else. Roto Rooter is a ripoff. Labor is charged by the day so even if they only work 1 hour you are still charged for a full days labor. The came to our house on the start date as promised and worked for under 2 hours, and left for the day, giving a variety of reasons. I now know it was all bs. They just wanted to get an extra day of labor out of us because the job was quicker than was originally quoted. It's a scam.

Started off great The usually 6 months warranty BS . I needed more service and the service Guy was cool but his boss on the phone said we don't Workfor free they canceled my warranty that they gave me 2 months earlier Bait and Switch run for your life -11 out of possible 10 is my rating
