I was surprisingly impressed. I noticed a floor drain backup problem late on the evening of Christmas day, booked through their website at midnight, and Fred (Tech #4155, St. Paul, MN) was there at 8:30 the next morning. I received email confirmation of the appointment after booking, a call 30 minutes ahead as promised, and a followup email. Fred took care of the problem thoroughly and left the area much cleaner than it started. A professional job.

They fixed the blocked sink within 20 minutes of being here. The price like all plumbing or electrical is high but you can find a $50 coupon in their website. My only complaint was that I was given a time range for when they may arrive and told that the specific technician would contact me to confirm a more specific time. He never did and just showed up. Thankfully we were home.

Nathan did a amazing job!! He came out and quickly got to work and was very professional. I am taking one star away not from Nathan but from Roto-Rooter. Our original service call was for the day before. We rearranged our schedules to have someone home. However towards the end of the ""window time"" we were called and told they would not be making it today. It was difficult to have to again rearrange our schedules to accommodate them for a second time.

They were there when I needed them. They came out with same-day service to fix my backed-up sewer line. They gave me a 4-hour service window, and called less than an hour into it to say they would be on the later end of the window. I liked the courtesy to know I didn't have to wait with baited breath the whole 4 hours. The service was done fast and efficiently, and the plumber gave us all the information he discovered so we could avoid the problem in the future. The price was high, but it was an emergency repair, so price was not the main consideration. Same-day fast service was, and they delivered!
