I was surprisingly impressed. I noticed a floor drain backup problem late on the evening of Christmas day, booked through their website at midnight, and Fred (Tech #4155, St. Paul, MN) was there at 8:30 the next morning. I received email confirmation of the appointment after booking, a call 30 minutes ahead as promised, and a followup email. Fred took care of the problem thoroughly and left the area much cleaner than it started. A professional job.

We didn't love the fact that their pricing as kind of high, but appreciated the certainty that we got versus an hourly rate plumber. Service was well within their window and was completed without incident. The technician was pleasant and friendly. No complaints.

They fixed the blocked sink within 20 minutes of being here. The price like all plumbing or electrical is high but you can find a $50 coupon in their website. My only complaint was that I was given a time range for when they may arrive and told that the specific technician would contact me to confirm a more specific time. He never did and just showed up. Thankfully we were home.
