Fast, earlier than expected. God the job done. Nice technician. The bad part, the price. Very pricey so if you are handy and can do things yourself, or you have a neighbor who can, use them first. I didn't have a snake, and I had to get back to work otherwise I would have done it myself.
Manav K.I can understand why the only other person who's reviewed this gave it a bad rating. I put in a request on Yelp and was promptly called. They asked me what the issue was, took a few notes I suppose, and scheduled someone to come to my place in 30 minutes. The gentleman arrived on time and looked at the issue and took photos. Then he started acting sus.
First, he didn't want me to lock the house when he walked in. I didn't get that. Then asked me how many rooms I had and how many people lived in the house ( how does any of that concern him? ). Once I took him to the source, he told me what he thought the problem was and said he couldn't fix it. Fair enough. I walk him out and then he goes he'll ""charge $145 only"". I understood what he meant but still asked him if it was to fix the problem. He said ""no fix, too high (location of issue). I come, tell you problem, $145"". He was trying to extort me and obviously I didn't fall for it but wondered if people actually did fall for it. He gestured that he'll write me a receipt for $145 and I told him he could do what he wanted because I wasn't paying. The company rep on the phone explicitly mentioned there was no charge to look at the issue.
His command over English wasn't the best, he's Asian looking and his name was Gah/ Hah / Ga / Ha. I wish I'd taken it down to report him.
Phil M.Response time was good. Two other plumbers were giving next day as a response time.
Cost was ridiculous at $800 to come out and run a snake for a 90 minute job.
Usually go to Home Depot and do it myself for under $100. Circumstances at the time didn't warrant that.
Although they got the job done effectively would not use again.
