I was very impressed with the Roto Rooter (Andrew and Duane) services in Baltimore, Maryland and comprehensiveness that the two agents offered. The techs arrived on time and came prepared to discuss each aspect of the service with me and my husband. As new homeowners we were absolutely glad to have a company with an excellent reputation enter our home. The agents assessed each part of the plumbing thoroughly and then spoke with us to discuss what areas were in need of further attention. We received a ""report card"" summary of the issues of concern. Luckily there were very few. My husband and I both felt that their use of time and expertise exceeded our expectations. We will definitely utilize these two courteous, knowledgeable service providers for all of our plumbing needs! Thank you Andrew and Duane!

So our dishwasher and disposal decided to shoot water and food up into a basement sink causing overflow after grease and old pipes clogged the exit. Not great to wake up and discover. Called Roto-Rooter/Baltimore and they sent Purcell Edwards to check it out. He was a great diagnostician and he stayed with the job until he had the pipe cleared. He left the area clean and offered advice on how to prevent future clogs. When he discovered the trap was in bad shape instead of just putting it back together he installed a new one for me.

Polite, hard working and made a bad day more bearable.

I had a ""male teenager poop"" emergency in the downstairs bathroom. First, I tried using my Walmart snake to resolve the issue (as I have previously done before). After attempting to snake and googling other remedies (dish soap and boiling hot water), I gave up and called the professionals. Dal (2570) saved me a from a nightmare. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and quick! Although, the price was more than I expected, I quickly realized that piece of mind is priceless. Now I can sleep peacefully knowing that my son's poop is in sewer heaven and not trapped in my bathroom any longer. Thank you Roto Rooter!

We had a backed up kitchen sink. I plunged the sink, then I took all the plumbing apart under the sink and then snaked the drain but it was still backed up. We had to call Roto-Rooter, the lady who helped me on the phone was great, I wish I had her name so I could mention her here. She was very nice and was able to get a technician out to my house within an hour on a Sunday afternoon. They sent Robert B to look at our plumbing issue and he was great. He was very knowledgeable about what was going on and very personable. He looked at what we had done and then went into the basement and did some checking there. After his diagnostics he saw that clog was further down the pipe than we were able to snake so he brought in this auger and was able to clear the drain. He did a complete test, did not rush, answered all of our questions and did not leave any mess. If I need to call back in the future for another plumbing issue I will be sure to ask for Robert.

Fast response and great service. The technician Vura (1007) knew exactly where to look and fixed the problem in under an hour. He also provided some good tips on how to prevent it from happening again and what caused the issue.

My toilet over flow around 7pm I called several companies that claimed they were 24 hrs companies but wasn't. I finally got in touch with Roto -Rooter the technician came within 30 minutes from my service call. The technician came out gave me a free estimate and told me the charges right away he performed the work and got my toilet up an running. I would recommend this company to everyone great service honest estimate.

This is our 2nd call to Roto Rooter this year and our technician did not disappoint. Chuck, #737, was very friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and professional. He showed up at the house within the requested timeframe, the service center contacted me about 30 mins before the technician arrived, and you can make online appointment requests very easily.

He was able to help us troubleshoot where the water leak was coming from and gave us advice on what to keep an eye out for. If we do find the need for future plumbing services, I won't hesitate to contact Roto Rooter again! Thanks so much!

Of course, it was a Sunday morning when we went downstairs to do laundry and stepped into a soggy carpet! Sure enough, the toilet had backed up into the basement. We called Roto Rooter right away and they had the plumber, Greg Thompson #8288, at our home within 30 minutes.

He was very polite, careful to wear booties on his feet and enter and exit through the basement door -- even though we never asked him to do any of this! He worked carefully checking all possible alternative to it being ""our"" problem or perhaps ""the counties"".

Before long, he had things working again just fine and gave us good advice about seeking service to avoid this in the future. He was helpful but not pushy. We would certainly recommend Greg and this company.

One week later...doing laundry is not causing any more problems!

William was capable, fast, and respectful of our home. He solved a drainage problem that has been dogging us for years. Roto-Rooter showed up the same day for a non-emergency call. What more can you ask for?
