We had a backup in our toilet that resulted in water going through the floor and flooding down into the kitchen! As new homeowners, in a historic neighborhood in Baltimore, we were panicked that we had a serious issue on our hands! We weren't sure what this wold plumbing pipes would do! We called Roto-Rooter and Duane (#1312) came to help. He explained how he would clear the toilet and check to make sure the leak had stopped and hadn't caused any damage. Duane was helpful and efficient. I am so thankful it was cleared quickly!!!

This place is a joke. My husband called yesterday to get an appointment for our house. Long story short, our tub was leaking and there was no way to stop it other than to turn off the main to the house. This left us without running water (with 2 adults and a newborn). Anyway, roto said they would be at our house same day, between 6-10pm. A FOUR hour window. Got to 10pm, no one was here. I called and they said guy got hung up on a previous job, he would still be out but they didn't know when. They called me at 1:30 AM to say someone could be over. Uhhh, no. Sorry, we decided to go with someone else. Called Abbott's pluming today, got home and the guy was sitting in front of my house ready to work. Next time I'll just call Abbott's to start with.

I talked to Roto-Rooter for a plumbing problem and I explained to them very clearly that the problem requires a line that is longer than 130 feet. I made the cancellation of another company because the customer service of the roto-rooter called and said the plumbers are coming out. However, after waiting another 40 minutes, they called back and told me that they do not have a line that is longer than 100 feet. This caused me a major problem as now I have neither company here to fix the problem. Truly disorganized for such a large company.

We have a finished basement that is used as an apartment for my son. One morning he complained that water and dirt was bubbling up through his shower drain. I called several local plumbers who said it would be later in the day or maybe tomorrow before they could get out. I decided to start a load of laundry, big mistake, water poured into his shower drain almost overflowing the basin of our standing shower! We called Roto-Rooter and they sent a technician in about 35 minutes. He discovered a blockage in our main line. He cleared the line and had us up and running in under an hour. He also worked with us on the cost. Great service, great job!

OBrian #742 came out at 8pm on a Sunday night to fix a backup in our kitchen sink that was overflowing our bathroom sink. He was prompt, and very efficient. Answered any and all questions, then went around the house to check other plumbing connections and make recommendations for corrections to our 100year old home. The price nearly leveled me, but glad to have that problem solved.

I had a sewage back up in my basement. I called Roto rooter and they were at my home within the hour. I can honestly say they did a wonderful job from unplugging drain and also doing the the restoration work . I would recommend them in a minute . All that came to my home were courteous and very efficient

Service was quick! Technician (Olu #1165) was professional and completed the job without issue. Price was rather high in my opinion to snake a drain & pull out a clog. If I had the time I would have shopped around. But overall service was good & I would recommend them if needed for a quick and time sensitive job.
