My pipe got clogged and I reached out to rooter, quick response and friendly, however for a clogged pipe I was left with a big leaking pipe. Therefore I still couldn't flush anything down or use the sink/shower. They banged a cast iron pipe and it left a big hole in the bottom. blamed it on rust but it was perfectly fine when started. Had another person come out to look at it and even them stated he shouldn't have tried to bang that out nd should've went for an easier route so now I am left a a leaking pipe nd more stress nd frustration on my behalf. They are unable to cover their mistake because of the contract I signed ..Make sure if using them, you use you request one w experience and not a rookie!! It's clear they messed up, no apology what so ever just a quote to fix it on top of the 6500 I just paid! Disappointing!
