An appointment was available for the time I wanted. Our service tech, Roy, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to take care of our drain in timely manner. It's not an inexpensive service, but having an unclogged kitchen drain (with a 6 month warranty) is worth the cost!

The technician Romaine was fantastic. Knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant to work with. On the administrative side, the company seems disorganized and the website is deceptive. The site implies 24/7 services but when I booked an appointment they moved the time to late at night. No one came by 11:30. When I called, the dispatcher said the tech would arrive at 2am I called when he did not show up and they said they have no one working at night and had no explanation as to why they promised 2am. A clogged drain rendered all bathrooms nonfunctional. I had no choice but to wait till the next day. When I called to confirm the next day they finally admitted that they only service cape cod during day, 8-5. They could have told me that when I made the first call at 7 pm the day before. It was expensive ($692) for snaking the drain but it was 4th of July so not surprising

Fixed drip in bathroom sink. No parts, took an hour. Charges $300. Huge rip off. Roto rooter will not give prices until job is done. Avoid them altogether..
