Technician came out, removed and replaced a two to three foot section of water line from my meter to the customer supply line. Funny thing is, the leak was inside the meter box and changing the line had nothing to do with the leak in question. No kidding. Technician told me he fixed the line but the original area was still leaking just as it had been. The line that was replaced wasn't discussed with me, he took it upon his self to just cut it out and replace it. I have no idea if it was actually leaking. The technician spent most of the billed time in the company truck. Talked to the owner and he was't any help. Finally called the Parish and they fixed it. Would never use them again and will not recommend to any home owners I know. Run don't walk.

Set up an appointment to have an exterior drain jetted. Dispatcher called at 7:30 to let me know they were on their way. Ten oclock ...nobody. I called and dispatcher assured me they were on their way within the hour. 11:45 still nobody. I called them again and told them either show up within 30 minutes or forget it. Hour later tech calls and wants directions....I told them to ""stick it"" after wasting my whole day . Called Pistols Plumbing they came right way and fixed issue immediately. Do waste your time with Roto Rooter fools. Your time doesnt matter to them
