Came to fix my drains and clean out the Clog. Well they just put pipe tape around the joints didn't unclog nothing and charged me $350.00. Got another guy to come out he fixed everything showed me what was clogged that Roto Rooter was supposed to do and didn't. He charged me $200.00 and everything is fixed. So Roto will be refunding some of my money.

I called them because they advertise free estimates. DON'T BE FOOLED! You pay for that estimate by their over-priced service. IF I had gone with one of the others I had called I'd have saved at least $100 !!!!! Tech said the job would take 2 hours and quoted me $349. I asked what happens if he didn't take 2 hours to which he answered it would take that long. Whada??? Should be based on actual time spent. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!

Alphonse Campos did an outstanding job locating and eliminating the muck in our underground storm drains in our back yard. He jetted many times to clear the roots, mud and debris build up. After he was finished he cleaned up the area. We were very pleased with his professionalism and would recommend him. Brian C.

I placed an appointment online and they called back with the time frame between 8-10. The technician didn't show up until around 3:00 .Usually they are supposed to quote the price before doing it but this was not the case.
I was anxious to get the work done and I assumed it wouldn't cost much but I was very surprised when he handed me the bill. It came up to $470 to fix a simple leak.

Update: after I complained, I got a call from a production manager and we talked on the phone and I told him what had happened and he said he would talk to the general manager, he also said he would call back the next day but I still never received a call back.

I woke up to a river in my kitchen and laundry room. I couldn't pinpoint where the leak was coming from. So I called Roto-Rooter and they sent one of their finest, Darrel. From the second he introduced himself until the moment the job was completed, he was the consummate professional. He took the time to explain everything that his expertise had found and even had the humility to consult with someone with more experience to make sure that his assessment and findings were correct. I will definitely call this company again and request possibly one of the best customer service providers I've come across in years! Thanks so much.

Our family has been using Roto-Rooter for about ten years. Each time they have been great to us and our home. The most recent visit was to have a new toilet installed in our home. Jamard was so great. He came to the house, completed the estimate, and then explained our options to us. He took the old toilet out and then went to pick up the new one. While picking up the toilet he went the extra mile to ensure that all of the pieces and parts were included in the box so that nothing could go wrong with the install. Once he was back at our house he began putting the toilet together, going so far as to explain certain parts of the process to me to ensure our understanding of what was taking place. We really appreciate all of the hard work.
