Our family has been using Roto-Rooter for about ten years. Each time they have been great to us and our home. The most recent visit was to have a new toilet installed in our home. Jamard was so great. He came to the house, completed the estimate, and then explained our options to us. He took the old toilet out and then went to pick up the new one. While picking up the toilet he went the extra mile to ensure that all of the pieces and parts were included in the box so that nothing could go wrong with the install. Once he was back at our house he began putting the toilet together, going so far as to explain certain parts of the process to me to ensure our understanding of what was taking place. We really appreciate all of the hard work.

Wow so glad I finally found a great reliable plumbing service! I called at 8 am in the morning and we had a plumber out and finished by 11am! My wife was home and felt very comfortable with the man that came out compared to the previous plumber we had who was loud and used a lot of profanity in front of my child. Not okay!! Needless to say we have finally gotten our plumbing needs handled at a great price and quick also. 100% recommend!!!!!

We were pleasantly surprised by the outstanding service provided by Nicholas (#2695) of Roto-Rooter Elmwood. He arrived on time, was very courteous and took care of our problem in a professional manner. He made sure that I understood exactly what was going on and even let me look at the problem through the camera. Even a minor plumbing issue is a big deal for us - we have a bed and breakfast historic inn near the French Quarter - so we were very satisified that our phone call was answered immediately and all staff took care of our needs in a timely manner. We are happy to have found a plumbing company which is eager to do business with us. Thanks, Nick!

UPDATE!!!!
I was within my 6 month guarantee by a few days. I have been using the EXPENSIVE Roto-Rooter drain cleaner as recommended when I had my service done. My kitchen drain started acting up this Monday so I did an extra treatment. No luck. The clog/slow drainage starts in the evenings after we prepare dinner and have to put the dishes in the dishwasher. When the guy came out today it would not repeat and we were told we would have to pay $267 for them to do the service.

False advertisement. Very disappointed in Roto-Rooter. I rather pay another company double before I would contact you again.

I called Roto-Rooter after my attempt to schedule service with another locally owned plumber failed miserably. I should have called them in the first place! Dwight (#1485) and his partner showed up right on time. They were polite and courteous and fixed my problems in a short period of time. I ended up needing a new spout in my bathtub - they even went to Lowes and picked one up for me! I love Roto-Rooter because they allow you to schedule a window of time - (and actually show up when they are supposed to!) instead of making you wait around for an indefinite period of time. The plumbers and the people on the phone are always courteous. The work is always satisfactory. The only reason I don't give five stars is because they are
more expensive than the competition. But, lets face it - you get what you pay for! I will happily pay more every time for such pleasant, dependable service.
