Our kitchen sink was severely clogged and disposal wasn't doing its job. Called Roto-Rooter at 8am, plumber was here by 10am, on a Saturday morning, snaked the drain multiple times until he was sure all the years of clog were removed, cleaned up after himself and the bill was no more than it would have been for a random during the week service call. My husband and I are very pleased with their work and prompt service!

From the second he introduced himself until the moment the job was completed, he was the consummate professional. We were pleasantly surprised by the outstanding service provided by Nicholas (#2695) of Roto-Rooter Elmwood. He arrived on time, was very courteous and took care of our problem in a professional manner. He made sure that I understood exactly what was going on and even let me look at the problem through the camera. Even a minor plumbing issue is a big deal for us - we have a bed and breakfast historic inn near the French Quarter - so we were very satisified that our phone call was answered immediately and all staff took care of our needs in a timely manner. Nick (#2695) is a wonderful employee. He was prompt and courteous on both days that he came to the house. He fixed the problem on the first day he was there. However, I decided to have him put it in a garbage disposal. He completed that job today. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I was given a 4hr window for my appt, which was 5pm - 9pm. I get a call at 8:56pm advising me the plumber was still on a job and he could be at my residence in another 1-2 hrs. I cancelled it. I then received a $75 coupon, so decided to call them again. The guy came out, unprofessional, and advised it would be $300 to snake my tub. What a rip off, in addition to horrible service. Go local people!!!

Very quick to respond to my emergency of two clogged drains. Jerome was there in 90 minutes and the office even called to tell me exactly when he would arrive. We have an old house and my guess is that no drains have ever been cleaned out. The two drains Jerome cleaned are working very, very well. I think I'll have them come back and clean out the entire house.

I called them on Sunday and they gave me a time frame from 10 to 2. I called them around 12 to make sure they were still coming cause we had no water due to a leaky valve and the guy told me ""oh yeah we had to cancel you for today because we are running behind."" If I hadn't called them we would have sat around waiting all day without water. Extremely unprofessional for them not to let me know right away! Good thing we found Acadian Plumbing! Much better company.

What a joke! How is a plumber supposed to fix drainage issues without cleaning the vents. Then, after coming back the second time to clean again, they send out the guy with a camera and he presents me with a 5500 dollar estimate to replace the drain pipes. I went to Home Depot and rented a snake and cleaned out the clog with no more problems. I don't quite understand why I paid 450 dollars for a job I ended up fixing myself.
