These guys were awesome! The clog was a bit trickier than a normal one due to the way my pipes lay but they were able to clean it all out and get my sink running better than new. Not only that but they cleaned up after themselves in no time flat. Trust me when I say I was not looking forward to cleaning the years of grease that came out of that pipe up out of my garage. They didn't even hesitate and had it cleaned up before I could even ask them too.

From scheduling online to the service performed everything was wonderful! It was easy to schedule and I was happy to see I could have a later day appointment. I received confirmation quickly and was even contacted earlier than my appointment to see if the technician could come earlier. The technician, Brian, was very professional and knowledgeable. It was a difficulty problem and he was able to fix it. He explained the issues to me and even made recommendations for future care in order to avoid it. Even when there was a mess from an overflowing sink, Brian cleaned everything up. The cost for the services was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Roto-Rooter and will call them again if I need any plumbing service. I would even use them over my home warranty company.

I contacted Roto-Rooter after another plumbing company attempted to fix a clogged bathtub drain and actually caused more damage by dislodging a large amount of sediment in the pipes. The Roto-Rooter technician diagnosed the problem with their camera in the pipe system explaining that the previous plumber had snaked the wrong pipe causing the additional damage. They were professional and fixed my drain without any further complications. They cleaned up all of the muck that came from the pipe and left everything in good condition. Would definitely call them again with any plumbing needs.

I have used your services two times already this year. Once for fixing a badly installed toilet and incomplete job by another company, who left me feeling hopeless and frustrated. Dave, tech #155, my technician, was excellent! He came in accessed my situation, leaky corroded kitchen faucet and garbage disposal from our limey, calcium water in Georgetown. He went to the truck and wrote an estimate which I agreed to and off to work he went. He was friendly, explained what he was doing as he went (just because I was nosey and interested), and was very clean. He even wore booties over his shoes in my house! Never have had that happen before. He was very thorough and checked my fittings under the sink to make sure after he left we had no leaks. I now have a new garbage disposal and faucets!!! He also cleaned up, dried the water up, and took away all the old fixtures. Will use RotoRooter again. Ask for Dave!

I needed help on a Sunday with a clogged toilet and called RotoRooter. The repairman, Andrew, arrived in the time window they gave me. He found that the clog was more than just the toilet; there was a clog in the main sewer line from the house. He had to make a hole in a wall to get to the clog and he worked and worked at it. But it wouldn't budge. He was at the point of giving up and telling me they would need to send out someone else on Monday. Then he gave it one more try and it was freed up. I am very satisfied with their service. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was the cost, but I suspect another plumbing service would not have been able to dislodge the clog and would have charged more. I'm glad I called RotoRooter and I definitely recommend them.

I had a very good experience with Roto-Rooter today. They were the number one recommendation on Angie's list for Lexington. The technician, Josh, was polite and knowledgeable. He offered a series of options which would keep the cost low, only escalating the services when needed. I was not charged for services that did not solve the problem. Josh kept a polite and positive attitude throughout, even when his equipment was malfunctioning. He left the house for a bit to repair his machinery and, when he returned, it worked flawlessly. He solved the problem, and gave me a discount for the trouble of having to wait a little longer than I might have otherwise. I would use them again.
